The breakfast at this hotel is outstanding! Our room had a wonderful view over the neighborhood rooftops and was just right in every way.

The staff were auper lovely

Overall a good value for the price. Rouen is a lovely city

Staff friendliness. Parking on site. Confusing messages about the need to pre-registration, which 1. Is not possible 2. Not necessary whatsoever.

The room was very small. The bed was hard, you like or you don't, personally we don't.

Room for three people was barely big enough for one person. Air conditioning only went down to 70 degrees.

The staff, the quiet location. The breakfast was good. I wish there would have been a warm option. The fresh juice was the most quality produce at breakfast, however the rest was as expected. The ham could be cut in smaller portion; whilst it looks good rolled, the size was not very appealing. The bacon was too much and could have been served on smaller serving so to replenish and make things look fresh. The cheese knife must be finer for soft cheese or portioned. The bread neads a napkin for cutting to maintain hygiene Overall good but would be great if the above was considered given the breakfast costs the same as a 4 star establishment, which offers a better experience

Really good breakfast. Nice reception and downstairs area. Location good and surprisingly quiet.

Modern hotel, with a good breakfast, offering paid parking. Quiet, faced the courtyard, parking area. Window could be opened for fresh air. Modern bathroom. Staff were great. Room is compact, a bed and modern bathroom. No night stands, so have to be very organized with luggage, personal belongings.

Staff were excellent, great location, breakfast was very good. Room was a bit small.

The male front desk attendant was not very nice when I asked for a glass in the room, but he did give me the glass.

The restaurant bar area were great . Breakfast was amazing & it was so good to have secure parking . Everyone was helpful . Bar prices were very reasonable . Our room was v basic ( & cheap) . A bit like a college dorm room . But clean . After we arrived re realized there were better rooms but they didn't show up on booking site .

For a 2 star hotel, it was clean, big room and very nice vibe in the lounge.
