Aloft by Marriott Chicago O'Hare

The stay was great and very comfortable. Was very close to spots we visited

The ac conditioning was not working properly..shower control valve was not working..unable to take a shower..frustrating

The room was clean and tidy. The only minor drawback was that the parking structure is in the next building, making it a bit inconvenient to find a spot. Also, I wish they would use better-scented detergent for the towels, as the smell wasn't great

Nice place to stay great location

Airport transfer bus was very efficient and on time. Otherwise overpriced, uncomfortable hotel. Booked with breakfast inclusive but only received a $10 voucher towards breakfast. Antiquated air conditioner in the room blew very cold air onto the bed all night. Thermostat control didnt work, and the system turned itself on and off all night. it was very loud. Had very little sleep.

Close to the airport. Shuttle service was good. I arrived out of hours, called for the shuttle and it arrived. Room was very spacious. Seems like it would have looked modern a few years ago. Corridors quite grim. Some people would hate the design. Very utilitarian but I quite liked it.

Great location near a fun entertainment area and shopping. Clean, updated and comfortable room and nice bar area in lobby. Would definitely stay here again.

Super clean, helpful staff, they had a lot of snacks/drinks for purchase in the lobby which was much needed after traveling!

I really enjoyed my stay at Aloft! The location was excellent, with everything so conveniently close by. There was a mall right next to the hotel and several restaurants within walking distance, which made getting around so easy. The rooms were nice and comfortable, just as expected, but the proximity to shopping, dining, and other attractions was definitely one of my favorite things about the stay.
