Staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable also had a great view of the lake and swimming pool. Several great restaurants are within walking distance. Have stayed here before and will stay here again.

Room was great. We weren't in it much. Ate breakfast in their restaurant. Good food. Only thing was could stock a king room with 3 towels instead of only 2. But I never asked for an additional towel either.

The only problem we had was when got in our room we had stuff to put in fridge and leftover food from the last guests was still in there. It never got clean even after telling them multiple times.

I had such a wonderful stay at the Hilton Rockwall/Lakefront! The hotel is beautiful, the location is perfect, and the atmosphere was so relaxing. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The lakefront views were absolutely beautiful, and it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. And the breakfast was SO good! There was a great variety of options, everything was fresh and delicious, and it was the perfect way to start the day. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend Hilton Rockwall/Lakefront to anyone looking for a nice getaway. I’ll definitely be coming back! (This was already our 3rd time staying)⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The bathroom was a little on the small side, but it was very clean and well-maintained, so it wasn’t a major issue at all.

The staff is very friendly I reserved a room with a view of the lake instead they gave me such an ugly experience without internet and with a view of a wall My experience was unpleasant

We were visiting family in the area the first afternoon- evening. When returning we thought it would be cleaned but it wasn’t!! Front desk asked if we requested it to be cleaned - since when do we have to request that? Also when we arrived none of the bathroom bottles of moisture lotion, shampoo, conditioner etc were filled! They were empty. The parking is a choice we weren’t aware of - $15 a day for self parking (climbing several steps in 100 degree weather) or valet for only $10 more… wishe we would have known. Nice property though in general beautiful pool, outdoor bar/restaurant, Starbucks inside… exercise room.. restaurant.

I always enjoy the pool and DJ, and I liked the room and the view I had this visit. I love the breakfast, but not the price. I also don't like that valet and parking is so high.

It was our wedding anniversary staycation, it was quiet and lovely, the view of the pool over looking the lake from our window was romantic. The hotel is quite sophisticated, Professional staff. Breakfast 5 star quality and tasty. Overall experience is satisfactory. Would like to come back with the kids.
