We were very grateful to get this because it was the end of the day and we needed a place to stay. It was in a good location. We were able to go to a wonderful restaurant. It could use some cleaning up. The room was very tight. They put a king size bed in a room that should have held a queen. It just needed a bit of updating.

I’ve stayed in 100s of hotels over many years and I think this was the worst experience I’ve had. I had booked and paid for three nights and I drove to the hotel and spoke with the receptionist the day before to say my plans had changed so I wouldn’t check in for the first night, but I will arrive the second day. I did this in person to ensure I wouldn’t loose my booking as a ‘no-show’. When I arrived as agreed, I was told they had resold my room (obviously at a higher rate) and the hotel was fully occupied .. so I’d have to look elsewhere! Every hotel for miles was sold out. Unbelievable! The manager would take my calls or even reply to my messages … there was a family, with a baby and two children in the lobby, who had also been bumped!! This hotel is appallingly badly managed, the manager could care less - don’t stay here!

Needed a room for the night!

This property is in a very good location-walkable to many restaurants, entertainment, waterftont.

Cleanliness- bathroom could use some sprucing up, mold in the shower. Breakfast- need spoons if you are serving cereal, and yogurt but about what one would expect overall at the price point. Noise- someone was pounding on an adjacent room door for what seemed like half an hour at 6 am. Not their fault but seemed unreasonable.

Room was clean. Staff was great! Parking was close. Breakfast was the only disappointment.

Reasonably priced hotel. It was clean. Although our TV and one of our main lights did not work. Staff didn’t seem to care

The hotel is clean. staff at the front desk were not friendly at all. Felt like I was bothering her. Offered a pool on website but doesn't have one. The room was clean.

Maybe this could be an honest mistake, except another couple walked in just after us who had paid for 3 nights. Their reservation had included the previous night, but their plans had changed. They had contacted the hotel, told them they wouldn't actually be staying in the hotel the first night but would pay for the room that night to hold the reservation for the other 2 nights. Their room had also been re-sold out from under them and they were also told that no refund could be provided at that time. We were luckily able to find one of the last rooms available in the area at The Claddagh Motel, where we had a very pleasant stay, but, being forced to pay last minute, paid 50% more for our two night stay than planned. We would not have taken the weekend away at that cost, if given the choice, but the Harborline took that decision away from us and doesn't even seem to be concerned about what they did.

Great location; eats, walks, shopping. You can walk to "Claws" but we drove. A balcony with a view in it's own

They continue to renovate the hotel, making small improvements along the way. Went to Hotels.com for reservation. When we got to hotel, our confirmed room was not what we asked for, after some time with desk person who did her best but was not able to do much, manager came in and made a switch with us. Cont. breakfast was weak. Can't beat the location, a great spot.

The front desk was very unfriendly and unresponsive. The breakfast was very minimal, at best. The hallways were dirty. I certainly would not come back.

Breakfast was the worse free breakfast I've ever had. Bagel was stale and had to ask for cream cheese. They put out a block on the table and had everyone taking from it. Gross. No OJ, just apple juice. Also lights in bathroom did not work, then realized that there were no bulbs in it.

Tv blurry. I was on second floor 1 floor above me. Very loud footsteps

When we walked into the room, it was absolutely nothing like the pics on the website. Very old n outdated. I opened the frig to put my meds inside and there was a left over fish dinner sitting in the there. The smell and odor was sooooo terrible it permeated the entire room. We had to run out. There was no way we could stay in that offensive smelling room. Obviously the cleaning crew didn’t clean out the mini frig. We immediately went to front desk telling them what is happening and they said they will clean the frig. Noooo Thank you. They were booked so we couldn’t change rooms. Clerk said mgr not on premises and we would have to wait til next day to get permission for a credit. Needless to say, we pushed the issue and made them call mgt and demanded an instant refund. They did and we had to drive an hour inland to find vacancy anywhere

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

What breakfast? Needs improvement on that

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

My openion is this place just doesn't care about you and it shows. Our matresses should have been replaced years ago.

We personally would not stay here again. Our room had an odor and was not clean. We never had access to internet in our room , no one seemed to care. It was really hard to even get a few pieces of Ice out of the ice machine. The beds were horribly uncomfortable, we couldn’t sleep. The TV, it would work one minute and fade out the next..we were on vacation and decided to not to pursue wasting time on all of the issues , just not going back.
