The room was excellent. Very spacious, plenty of storage. Big drawback though is, they aren't very soundproof when they put you under a room with kids that stomp until wee hours of the morning. The breakfast was a bit lacking in options, but still had most continental options. Pool area is smaller, so if there are any parties, good luck getting in. Overall, it's got a lot of promise if you can avoid parties and being booked underneath overly energetic kids.

One room was ready at 3:20 when we arrived. We have to wait 2 hours for other room. Isn’t check in 3pm?

We have stayed here many times. Rooms are large and spotless. Staff members pleasant and attentive. Expansive breakfast with many options. Quiet and close to multiple food options

The staff was not as attentive this time. Had to ask multiple times to have room serviced for a 2 week stay. Ran out of multiple items.

Room was clean and functional. Dishwasher did not work, gasket was off, did not use it. Television service was very poor, tv stations were hard to tune in and very limited choices.

The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the computers went down. And their attempt at managing the system was horrible. They gave keys for our room to another hotel guest, who then entered our room. I know it was a fluke thing- and an accident- but it could have turned out dangerously.
