Reviews
-
Property had a very good restaurant. Staff was very friendly.

Nice room, decently nice hotel, breakfast was "meh" but typical, nice having a bar attached. For those with an EV, no charging stations but they do have plugs for engine block heaters where you can plug in a charger, if you carry a portable charger like I do.

Stayed 5 days and didn't have 1 single problem.

When I come down to Mayo again I be staying there again.

It turned out to be a scary situation after I realized that the man checking me into my room was the man that robbed my car after and left me unsettled and in distress during my mother’s medical emergency it was a very traumatic experience if you are already on your last leg, I wouldn’t go here cause it will send you off the ledge!

Walls were cracked, there was tape hanging from the ceiling in our room, broken windows to the pool, smelled like marijuana throughout the hallways, and we had it coming through the adjoining room door.

It was a very nice place that staff was very friendly

Staff is friendly. It was a nice place. The beds are a little hard.
-
If all you need is a bed to sleep on, it will suffice. It’s an older hotel with no bells and whistles.
-
The freezer didn’t freeze well, and the refrigerator worked too cold on one half and not cold enough on the other. Very frustrating. Although, the gentleman at the desk when we arrived wired to try to get us reassigned or let us use his front desk freezer. I appreciated that.

Room was very clean

American Inn used to be so nice but this was cheap. Ice was way up on 4th floor. I was very disappointed.
-
Great location. Good value. Breakfast was laid out funny but ended up better than expected one morning a staff person was carrying on a very loud and angry phone call which went on for the length of the time we were there. Room was very good. Parking was not a problem.
-
bedsheet needs replacing as it was course/lumpy instead of feeling smooth. was not comfortable.
-
Nice pool.

I stayed; be night. The front desk was courteous and helpful. The room was affordable and clean. Loved the water pressure in the shower. 😊

Great place

The room was clean and very nice. Could use a little updating. We used the hot tub and definitely needs to be updated.
-
Excellent place to stay for medical appointments. Could use a little updating and cleaning. But overall good place.

Room door latch was broken and the door didn’t close properly. Breakfast was not very good. Restaurant on site was very clean and had great service and food. Fair stay for $
