Everything was great, except pool. Didn’t ask what time of day it gets cleaned so maybe it was dirtied by customers earlier in the day.

Could use firmer bed pillows. Great full breakfast including a variety of breakfast foods. Kitchen staff very friendly. Pleasant hotel staff. Parking $30 a night is not so good.

It’s a good hotel, but the parking situation is horrible! Besides me paying for parking at the hotel I’m staying at, there was no parking, I wasn’t there a full day and still got charged parking when I couldn’t even park there by the time I got back. I had to find street parking

I understand that this Hyatt location was in downtown Riverside and there were plenty of bars and clubs. Unfortunately if you and your partner want to be lively and safe within the hotel the bar they have is just for show. None of the staff can make a drink but all the liquor is sitting on the shelves. It was a disappointment that's for sure.

The rooms were super clean & and the staff really went out of there way to be helpful and cheerful. Felt like leaving old friend after a few days stay!

I had a corner view of the city to only be blocked by trees and also we where on the second floor in unit 202 and it sounded like an airplane was taking off I am assuming where right below the laundry room or an ice machine which made a loud thumping and vibrating noise it was really uncomfortable trying to sleep and we will not be back to that location ever which is sad because my daughter is going to college there and we have many more visits to riverside
