this is my go to place when i’m in town for a few days and it’s always been a great experience each time! everything is always kept up to par and clean , room service also doesn’t just go in and clean the room if you don’t want them to which is a plus in my eyes.

The rooms are being remodeled from 730 am to 7 pm. Drills, saws, hammers with constant pounding. Then the filth from being remodeled and never being cleaned before. Chunks of drywall under the clock, under the beds, gum stuck to the "new" tile. The shelf for the suitcase fell off the wall in the middle of the night. The faucets were old, rusted and dirty covered with lime and soap scum. Trash under the beds. Floors were dirty, not mopped. You have to puchase any amenities, dishes, pots and pans, no soap, shampoo or conditioner. Towels had black spots on them, smelled dirty. No ice machine 1 empty ice tray in the freezer. Half frozen muffins for breakfast. Was given a $30 credit but shouldn't have had to pay anything.

The hotel was conveniently located for my needs. Unfortunately the television in the room did not work. I told the front desk but nothing was done. Now a television isn't a big deal this time but others might find it a deal breaker. On the positive it was quiet at night so you will get a good night's sleep.

There was a lot of construction in the rooms on the 2nd floor. We got one that was finished and the room was excellent. Like a brand new room. I would not call what you have a breakfast. It was basically coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and maybe a muffin if you are early and maybe oatmeal packet. Some snack bars. Room had "NO" lamps and "NO" clock. Went to desk to get lamps and was told they do not put lamps in rooms. They did have a clock I could put in room. Asked for an extra pillow as there were only 3 in room and was told they had no extra pillows. Later that evening I asked another person at the desk and she gave me one. Staff was nice.

Renovation. Very nice room . Very clean No coffee makers, no dishes in the rooms. it’ll be more convenient if the dishes and all the kitchen accessories are in the room already.

The room was nice enough. This hotel seems to be on the verge of going under. There was supposed to be a free breakfast from 6am to 9am. I went downstairs at 7am and found no breakfast or even coffee. I asked the woman at the front desk where the breakfast was and was told "It's grab and go". I asked where and was told "It's right there" pointing to where the coffee should be. I said "There's nothing there". The woman said "IT'S GRAB AND GO!" I said "There's nothing to grab!". Again I was told "IT'S GRAB AND GO!". In other words F-You. I thought to myself "Grab what, packets of sugar? There's not even any coffee!". I immediately checked out vowing never to return. No wonder this place is on the verge of going under. Booking.com needs to de-list this place.

The staff were rude. The place was still dirty when we checked in. Complementary breakfast was a muffin and coffee. Overall trashy place with people loud waking you up at 4 am

Not the best idea place to stay. The front desk girl was so rude and wouldn’t even look at me. It was awkward. After checking in, I went to the desk to ask for WiFi and she went into her office and didn’t come back. She had a personal phone call so I left

Location to work location was the only good thing about this location. Apparently my long explanation is to long and i cant fit in everything. I wish i had more room to say what i need to say.
