Hyatt House Richmond / Short Pump

Kitchenette with full refrigerator was nice.

my husband and I were staying here when we come to short pump we just wish you had a pool and a hot tub. Otherwise keep doing what you do best.

Our room was clean and everyone was very friendly. The breakfast was well-stocked and delicious!

Location and shopping and dining right at your footsteps! Bed and pillow was amazing! The common areas was somewhat warmer than I expected.

I stayed here for one night before an exam. The staff was nice and welcoming. The room was very spacious and clean. My one issue was that the air vent in the room was incredibly noisy, but the night desk attendant kindly offered me some ear plugs! I would definitely stay here again if needed.

One night stay but it was great. A lot of restaurants and amenities in the area.

Decent room. The kitchen was not very clean and had to wipe a few things down before we could use it. The floors were not very clean between the bathroom and the bedroom area. It wasn’t terrible, but it could have and should have been cleaner.
