Very nice bars, particularly the rooftop, but they close them both as early as possible, way before the advertised closing times.

Didn’t like that coffee was only available for short period of time. Had a sandwich that was not what the description read on the menu

Good location

The hotel was nice overall. There is only street parking or valet parking available, which can be a little inconvenient. Breakfast was good, but it would have been even better to have a buffet option with more variety. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Staff was excellent at Graduate by Hilton Richmond. Efficient and quick check-in and amazingly quick service from the front desk (take out utensils) gave us a great experience on our short trip. Great location, quiet, comfortable. Definitely recommend

Great location but a bit tired. Hallways smell like vape and weed. Room had trash from previous guest. Staff were busy always gossiping instead saying hello like ever.

Old tv that the picture was flashing, reported 3 times over 3 days before it was replaced. Room wasn’t cleaned 1 day out of 4 Staff act like they can’t be bothered, specifically at breakfast Overall pretty crap

Great location, great hotel

This was a great hotel. It had an old style with new amenities. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area and VCU.

V. nice

No coffee in the lobby or sometimes during breakfast. We checked in on a Wednesday, and the bar was out of several kinds of bear and seltzer drinks. We checked out on the following Tuesday, and nothing had changed. Room was ok, it was dusty and the shower floor could have been a little cleaner. Maintenance is terrible. the mirror was hanging off the wall, instead of painting the entire door it was spot painted and the color didn't match, the mirror in the bathroom was also not fully attached to the wall. The hallways smelled and so did the elevators, My question to you is do the people that book directly through you and not a third party get better rooms? Because I don't understand how you can call yourself a 4-star hotel, The staff was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful.

Close to the Track: 12 minutes drive to the Track. Longer on Race days of course. Rooftop Terrace with breathtaking views and sunsets and the Amazing Lights of Historic Buildings. Rooftop Pool 😳 Unbelievable.

Very clean good service

Great Staff. The rooftop bar was wonderful. The valet service was excellent. And the gym was one of the best hotel gyms around - a large selection of free weights, kettle bells and natilus machinery.

It’s so convenient to have the café and bar right on site.

First off, the people are welcoming and accommodating no matter the hour of the day. The bed and bedding was perfection! Daily room refresh, restaurant and rooftop bar, multiple elevators, cold water in the lobby, room service available, etc. made it very comfortable. The decor is super cute and fun!

The Graduate by Hilton is a stunningly beautiful hotel. The room was spotless and smelled clean. The staff were both welcoming and friendly. The parking was easy and affordable although in the evening the parking staff seemed a bit overwhelmed by the high volume of cars needing to be parked. Still, everyone was very polite. The bar and dining area was comfortable and the staff there very polite and efficient. I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Richmond. The location was safe and convenient.
