A huge thank you to the gentleman working the desk at around midnight on Wednesday, August 19th. He was super helpful in quickly getting a shuttle for our daughter who was stuck at he airport alone. This mom really appreciated his kindness. 🙂

The service was impeccable. I am an elected official in Houston and therefore have stayed at many 5 star hotels. The service here was 5 star. The maid was even gracious and cordial.

The inside of the hotel was very nice and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly. They had a complementary shuttle to Logan international.

We arrived very late and last minute because of flight delays and cancellations. Friendly people, nice hotel, spacious room, very comfy, overall quiet BUT (see below) and perfect breakfast for every taste at 4 AM, a lady, in a room nearby, started a phone conversation and was talking aloud like it was middle of the day. At night, sounds travel faster and louder in the quiet and it gave us the feeling she was on the phone in our room. Nothing the hotel can do about. It is the lack of civility from guests
