Sunday night we were up all night due to some people next to our hotel room were up all night talking loud all night

Everything was very clean and good, usually you get a little nervous with such a big hotel and it being inside a casino. But everything was great clean and good for the kids as well. Parking was really easy as well.

The second room was clean at first the room was a dump

Well, resort fee wasn’t really apparent on the advertisement for the room. So, on top of the room, I had to pay $140 for the resort fee. Room was clean and quiet. The casino still allowed smoking, which I am not necessarily against, just not used to. I get up early, and trying to find a cup of coffee at 6:00AM was impossible…frustrating. But, food options were ok during the day. But, if you’re looking for a cheap place to stay overnight while traveling through the Reno area, find a different option.

This was an inexpensive way for me to travel and stay on my trip. It was pretty convenient. It had free parking and the staff was helpful and the room was clean.

Nice overall place, except you pay extra for a suite and you would thank. The furniture would be a lot better than what it was. The couches looked like something from a crack motel.

Everything was exceptional! Only one issue we experienced. And I’m sure everyone else who has stayed there will agree with me. The front desk! Long lines. Partly due to people checking in but having their ID’s. And tge kiosk for checking in, not working. Making the check in longer.
