Really enjoyed Two Chicks restaurant!

The staff was friendly and helpful

I was happy with my stay

I think the room was moderately clean, but it kind of smelled like sweaty feet (maybe it wasn't mopped properly because there were no carpets which is good, but if not cleaned thoroughly, is not). The TV volume could not go up loud enough to hear it over the AC unit that sounded like an ice machine. The bathroom door could hardly close, and would then stick while opening. Also, the walls were so thin we could hear the neighbors talking as if they were in our room (probably why they had a cap on the TV volume, I guess). The pool was beautiful and clean. I can understand why they say that pets are welcome rather than "pet friendly" because they have a "dog area" that has absolutely no grass. The dog area is in the shade, which is nice, but it's all the way across a hot parking lot in the VERY BACK of the property. The staff were friendly and more than competent, but it certainly didn't make up for those other things. We stayed there to evacuate a fire, and I'm thankful for the place to stay, but for $250 + "pet deposit" that is non-refundable, it was merely mediocre.

Very clean and quiet!

Great experience! Staff was very helpful!
-
Disappointed that breakfast wasn’t included. The dog walk facilities were very very small.
-
Nice place. Sort of a throwback to how motels used to be, in a good way. Great dog amenities. Nice swimming pool. Reasonable prices.

There were eating establishments in walking distance, as well as at the hotel. Big Basin Brewing Company served good reasonably priced fare quickly. The rooms at the hotel were quiet, though the drone of the air conditioning unit could put one off sleep. The beds were comfortable.
-
The rooms are spacious with a large refrigerator. Very good staging space for clothing. I like that the sink is outside of the toilet and shower area. The lighting could be better. The on site breakfast/ lunch restaurant serves up world class excellent food with fantastic service.

Then the picture began to rotate all night. The tv was still on when we checked out. When we told the woman at the front desk what was going on she asked if we unplugged it. I tried but the plug in was behind the tv box She then said we could have gotten ear plugs. I asked if she thought that was reasonable at 2:30 in the morning. The only other thing is the floors in the room. The floors are bare which is actually my preference. The problem with that is the dirt that gets on our feet. In the shower black dirt ran off our feet.

restaurant on premises tight parking but would definitely stay again

On site parking, breakfast connected to building, facilities were amazing; pool, laundry etc. Found hair in the shower and the floor was very dusty.

The room was very clean large and the bed was comfortable, however, the location was good as there are lots of places to eat and other amenities close by The picture is definitely made it look nicer than it is. The pool area is not quite as nice but it’s clean.

Good property, not the best neighborhood, but it is Reno! Hotel grounds felt safe. Very clean and surprisingly nice room for the price and dog-friendly. All the pet friendly rooms face the back of the hotel. Downstairs ice machine was broken.
