Amazing stay at this hotel, everything was great !!!

Love the stay! Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly, buffet was yummy there were so many options! My only complain Is that the pool was on maintenance both days we stayed over so we had to go to the hotels next door which was a bit inconvenient

The stay was wonderful. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was very tasty. Especially the gentleman with the name Pepe that served breakfast. We are very happy.

La recepción no me ofreció ningún tipo de servicio era una muchacha y muy sangrona La habitación estaba sucia la carpeta y los muebles con polvo y como que asta el parking cobran si ya estamos consumiendo con hospedarnos

The courtesy of customer service staffs starting at the front desk was an A+, cleanliness of the rooms, the hallways the bathrooms from top to bottom is excellent. All possible by the tireless work of their dedicated housekeeping. My first time being in LA for a week vacation was a beautiful experience. Residence inn by Marriott is the best place to stay in LA without forgetting free healthy breakfast every single morning.

The mechanic was very good and kind who repaired the toilet. We booked two rooms, but first they did not find the second reservation. In one of the rooms the toilet was not operating, we realized it after the first usage. The extra bed was not prepared.

Beds were comfy and rooms were clean. Staff at front desk were helpful. Food options could be better but they were alright.

Free breakfast was very good. Lots of choices. Pool area was very well maintained.. The room we had was very spacious and clean. Will definitely stay again next time we are in town.

I loved my stay! Everything was wonderful, from the cleanliness and great location to the delicious breakfast. Gabriela and the kitchen team were very helpful and welcoming, as were the front desk staff. I especially enjoyed the strawberry-infused water and the pickle water—such a unique touch! Everything was conveniently located near the hotel. It was a beautiful experience, and I would love to come back again.

Roxas was great along with the other staff!! Great breakfast and wonderful rooms!! Would definitely stay here again!!! 😄

The pool was out of service, the room remote didn’t work, and the dishwasher looked outdated and didn’t work properly. I didn’t get accommodated with free parking which was 25$ a night and Some members points. Wouldn’t visit AGAIN
