Location is within walking distance to many different downtown dining and entertainment options. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Onsite staff is helpful and courteous. I have stayed at this hotel several times. This was the first time that I was charged for overnight parking, and that was not disclosed to me until I arrived for check in.

Great stay! Right in downtownwn

Unique boutique renovated hotel. Lots of interesting amenities. Nice bar/lobby lounge and terrace area. We didn't realize the hotel had no elevators, but luckily they had a first floor room available. Previous back surgeries make carrying luggage up a flight of stairs impossible. Parking was tight but adequate. Breakfast buffet was impressive. Check in/out was easy and relatively fast. I probably wouldn't opt to stay here for a lengthy trip, but a weekend was perfect.

Awesome decor and cleanliness. The location is super convenient but still secluded enough to be peaceful. Great beds and pillows!
-
Nice bar and outdoor patio. Clean rooms. Very nice and helpful staff. Safe location, but not a part of town you can walk around and find restaurants or other nightlife.
-
Great location, we walked quite a bit, the first day, even with the heat. UBER was great the 2nd & 3rd day. The room was nice & comfy, great AC. Loved the bagged ice! All the staff was great, Delaney, Olivia & bartenders. Wednesday night food truck was awesome. Nice & quiet, we were there Wed thru Saturday.

Friendliest staff I have ever encountered! Everything was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Raleigh!

Everyone is always so nice and helpful. It's our go to when we visit our son at State.

Spent one night at The Longleaf for a get away. Close to everything and loved the retro vibe and attention to details. Room was very comfortable. Delaney at the main desk was awesome. The morning coffee was delicious. We can't wait to go back again
-
Second stay, just as wonderful as last time! Room is great, toiletries are wonderful, staff is friendly and helpful, and free delicious coffee outside on the patio is a delightful way to start the day. This has become my go-to in Raleigh!
-
Room was small but was clean and comfortable. Would have liked to have a small coffee maker but that was not a big deal.
-
Excellent staff, friendly and helpful. Parking was excellent but I was surprised a fee was applied. Our room was very clean and comfortable, surprisingly quiet given the hotels location. We had a short but pleasant stay.
-
Minimalist modern rooms very tastefully decorated. Conveniently located. Very helpful staff.
-
Love staying here.. Great location wonderful staff super comfy
-
Convenient location, very quaint, room was a bit small.
-
We were in town for a concert at red hat amphitheater and were able to walk to restaurants, museum, and the venue pretty easily.
-
Was only in town 1 night to see a concert, but I would have loved to stay more. The hotel gives that 1950s/1960s vibe that is so cool. Well maintained and very comfortable.
-
The directions were easy to find and the room was well kept and the parking was great and convenient to many things.
