Helpful staff. A little musty

I even had room to park my tractor trailer in the back of the facility. Our 3 day stay was magnificent. Thank you Ramada team for your professional and friendly hospitality.

Nice pool
-
Breakfast good and plenty of seating
-
TV’s are new and large however the remotes are old and difficult to select a station you must surf each up -down since there is no quick Guide system to view and select channel. Ditch Spectrum and us antenna

Move in weekend was great. Breakfast was good as usual. The room was clean and comfortable.

Rooms and stay was great but the guy at the front desk was not very friendly and could not answer questions, and only said talk to the manager the next day. The girl that was working the last two stays was not very friendly either. Customer service skills were not very good. Maybe if they got off there phones it might be better.

The Hotel is within reach of many attractions. Near the highway, The Hotel staff was welcoming and very helpful. The breakfast was simple. The staff worked to maintain the comfort of the guests.

Just stayed one night. Everything was fine for me

The bad smell (moldy-wet-pet ish) got better but still there is an opportunity to work on it. Everything looked decent clean until we saw blood stains and other fluids on the wall and carpet next to our bed. I asked the front desk to help us about it but nothing happened. The service room changed our towels, I am not sure about the sheets but that was it. Breakfast improved the variety since our last time in May (we found besides the scramble eggs, sausage and pan cakes, some bananas and coffee cake treats) coffee was always welcome in the lobby! Also we couldn't sleep very well, there was a dog in the room upstairs and we could hear it barking even using ear plugs so we needed to get some rest and it didn't happen (we were up at 4am). Staff looked professional. Checking and check out so easy. The property looks safe. Great parking space and convenient location to visit NC State University and Meredith College.

This hotel is one of my favorites. It is in a great location, the price is reasonable, and it is always spotlessly clean. The staff are always courteous and helpful.

Nice place, old but interesting touches and a nice courtyard. Pool was closed. Room was clean. Bed was squeaky and really uncomfortable.

The staff couldn't have been nicer and they clearly take great pride in the hotel. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, parking was easy and the breakfast was substantial. However, it is very outdated - the carpet is probably from the 1980's, the color scheme is pretty awful, and there is a moldy, mildew scent throughout. The "gym" has one 8 lb weight, one 5 lb weight, a machine, and a treadmill. For the money, it was worth it but I will definitely stay somewhere else next time we are in Raleigh.

Staff was friendly. Pool looked clean and refreshing. The side door anyone could get in which could be a safety concern but we still felt ok. Ohhhhh our shower didn’t have hot water!!!! Almost forgot about that!!! Other than that- everything was ok.

I am a frequent at Ramada in California. This is my first stay at the property in Raleigh NC. Everything as expected at Ramada as my previous stay except that I found one or two bedbugs on my arm the second morning. It's in the room 118 where I slept
