The breakfast was the absolute best in terms of breath, presentation, quality of food, and service. Unbeatable. The desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and they were very accommodating. Outstanding service. Our room was lovely but somewhat smaller than we expected, given the spaciousness of the building.

Have stayed here on 3 trips to Prague and always have a wonderful stay! The staff made our stay extra special this visit by helping me arrange a gift basket to be delivered before we arrived. Highly recommend! A++++

This location is amazing! I had a bridge view, at night and during the day, it was stunning. The architecture of the building is great, makes for a fun experience. The staff was so nice. Very convenient location for walking all the sites! Parking valet is available, I arrived late but they directed me to a public parking garage that had lots of spots available late at night (although tight for larger size cars, my Mercedes CLE was a tight fit). Breakfast was delicious. Take the stairs down one day (they spiral fun). Air-conditioning worked great. N/A

The room was very large. The bed was comfortable. It was super clean and very convenient to the Old Town, Charles Bridge, wonderful restaurants. The breakfast was wonderful.

Lovely old hotel, food fine, everyone helpful and very positive! Constant slamming of doors and noisy neighbors.. had to bang on bathroom wall at midnight to quiet down.

The breakfast was amazing! Super good Huge bathroom. Room big bit needs a bit of updating Bed was too soft. Two beds put together. Lighting in room was not good

Staff and location were great! Breakfast was very good and varied. We initially had a room that was along the alley facing a bar Caio Bella, which was open until 3 or 4 in morning. This would have been OK but the AC in the hotel had not been turned on yet for the season so you needed the windows open to keep room cool. We did request a different room after two night of bar noise until 4 am. The staff were accommodating. Thank you.

The room size was good but it was on the room on the 1st floor & on the street side so it was noise all night. Breakfast was descent, continental nothing special. The hotel location is good easy access to every main attraction, shopping.

Very good location, rooms clean and pleasant, staff very warm and attentive, I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, very reasonable. The breakfast was wonderful and staff were super helpful. Very walkable to most of the city’s important sites. We stayed on the river side and it was a bit noisy from the bar across the street but certainly not a deal breaker.

God it is literally a palace!
