They met and exceeded my request for a quiet room and was upgraded. That was very much appreciated..staff was kind and friendly. When I checked out the gentleman was very nice and friendly. No complaints!

The location was great. It's within walking distance of many cafes, coffee shops, and gift shops. The rooms were clean and the staff was incredibly nice. I also liked that parking was included in the hotel fee.
