Adequate room, clean but small and basic in terms of amenities.

I jut stayed one night, but they cleaned my room which was very nice. The hallways were strangely dark. They were having some computer problems when I checked in, but they did the best they could. Parking was expensive , but that's the way it goes they did say when I left my car that if I was going to need it or give it a back after midnight , I'd have to make a range months , which was weird

Really fun environment!

The hotel is well located in the heart of Portland. The room is basic and the same in all Moxy’s. The rate was affordable. It caters to a younger crowd.
-
I was disappointed to learn there was no microwave, fridge, or coffee maker in the room. If we wanted ice, we had to go to the lobby and have them fill a bucket for us. Pretty inconvenient.

It was an okay stay, we originally booked the MOXY and a few hours before our reservation we got a message saying they could not host us. They did however find someone to fulfill our reservation, but overall it was just stressful. The change of location was not great and the bigger lady at check in was very rude at Hotel Zags, snappy and saw me waiting to go into the car garage which she did not open until I got out of my car to walk inside.

Very good

Location is nice is you want to be down town The rooms, are so small with paper thin walls. You can hear most sounds from your neighboring rooms. It’s as if they cut a regular room in half and threw up cardboard to maximize profits. The hallway lights aesthetic are very dim it seemed like a haunted mansion/ escape room. Terrible choice in lighting

This was such a cool and fun hotel! Absolutely one of my fav places I have ever stayed. The staff was so friendly after we encountered an elevator issue during our stay. They offered assistance with our bags that made it less of a hassle.
