Hyatt House Portland/Downtown

Be ready to pay a whole lot of parking fees. They have no property parking and the closest parking lot over charges. Over night parking is $24 that’s not including day parking that cost $3 an hour. 😡 other than that all is good. Nice clean rooms.

We had such a lovely stay there. Such great service and kindness abound. Great breakfast and very comfortable. The rooms were ready early and the grand kids were so happy with the pool. I loved being in such a pretty neighbor all of the river walk.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The only downside was the Valet service when we arrived the attendant was not accommodating and let us sit for about 10 minutes. Looked at us several times but never said anything to us. I went to see if I could find other places to park but I was confused and went back and still no one came. I sent my granddaughter in the hotel to find out if there was any parking available. Finally the attendant came and was not very friendly and said there was only Valet service available. Duh there were signs up and down the curb.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and spacious. We didn’t have dinner there but the breakfast was delicious! Great location for our needs with proximity to the tram and OHSU, plus beautiful walking areas along the riverfront.

The room was decent, however that mattress is on it's last leg. Didn't sleep good. I guess the free breakfast and good coffee helped. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Clean room, shaff were friendly & helpful, parked @ the Douglas 1/2 block away for less than 1/2 the price of the 3rd party valet, walked into downtown and to the arial tram. Breakfast, from 6:30-9:00 was good. Would stay here again if in Portland

Self Parking is totally separate from fscility. You have to go down the street or you can valet. Other than that everything fit the description posted online. Would stay here again!!

This hotel had a wholesome breakfast. The room was spacious with enough storage space and amenities.

Well maintained and managed property, staff friendly, great location, near by parking, nice walking path by the river front. GREAT BREAKFAST.
