Place felt not so clean. Hair was on the bathroom floor from previous people. Shower looked dirty and yellow. Staff working was amazing though. Parking is a joke . $52 a night to park. When you pay a significant amount to stay somewhere you don't expect to also have to pay extremely high price for something that is normally included with your stay. I wouldn't mind paying to park but $52 a night. Wild.

location. Able to walk to several tourist areas and the pier. I am still dumb-founded when I was checking out of the hotel and asked for a paper copy of my receipt, I was told by the front desk staff that because my booking was done by a 3rd party, the hotel can not give me a receipt. I insisted on the receipt so they sent me one with a zero balance for a two day stay. That was two days ago and I still have no idea how much the bill is for my stay. I have used 3rd party to book hotel rooms around the world for decades, and I have never encountered such episode that the booking agent became the business that I had to pay my bill. How in the world did that happen? As for my opinion of the hotel, the front desk staff’s attitude and hostile tone at the check out was bad because I used a 3rd party to book my room and not directly with the hotel. I will NEVER stay at that hotel again! Good riddance.

Very friendly staff super clean bathroom and bedroom,

One of the better hotels for the money I thought. Nice room and very clean.

The hotel lobby, room, and linens was clean. The room was mostly updated and felt welcoming. There was a nice view of the city on the tenth floor. It was only one night, but the staff was professional and helpful. Only issue is that you'll need to find public parking if you don't use valet. The building the parking garage and hotel share is not for self-parking.

10/10 went for the Portland shamrock half marathon and it was so convenient and nice

We found the valet service slow on arrival and the room needed a good cleaning. There was an issue with overcharging which was resolved on check out. Good fitness room for someone travelling. Hotel have apologised for the findings which was appreciated and a nice touch.

Stayed with my daughter for a concert at roseland theatre. It was within walking distance. Valet came right out as soon as we pulled up to park our car that was wonderful. Car was safe and we didn’t have to worry about it. Our check in was smooth and we were up in our room quickly. I like that u use a key card for the elevator. Our room was warm and they did bring us a box fan it helped very much they are very quick about making your stay wonderful. We ate in the social spoon down on the first floor and the waitress was wonderful the food and drink was also great. Their basket of fries is huge and has a special in house dip that was also amazing! When we got back from the concert we grabbed snacks and a sandwich from the snack area and it could either be charged to the room or u could pay there at the front desk. It was cheaper than the quick stop corner store. The beds are comfy the shampoo etc provided in the shower work great I had forgotten mine at home so it was very nice to have something that was good already there. Shower was also nice and stayed warm for both of us to shower before we left. Overall wonderful and will definitely be staying there again!!!!

Nice hotel and location. Staff was super friendly. The "suite" is a funny room with an odd layout and a beautiful view of a brick wall about 4' away. It was like something out of a comedy movie to pull the curtains back and see such a hilarious reveal.
-
Cleanliness, staff was friendly and helpful (more so the valets) The air was stagnant in the lobby, halls and elevator, like there is zero air flow and hot and stuffy and the a/c wasn't on in the room when we arrived (it was 90° outside) and the a/c only went down to 65 in the room and no fan/ air flow in the bathroom in our room

Great location and clean comfortable rooms though space was a bit tight. Easy walk to Pioneer Square and Powell’s. Space was a bit tight. Price for onsite parking was exorbitant and the valet’s directions to a cheaper alternative sent me on a useless goose chase. Turned out there was a secure garage literally around the corner that saved us $25. Just keep going straight on the one way in front of the hotel and turn left the next chance you get and you’ll find a secure garage on the right.
