Don't stay here or only stay a night. I stayed 2 weeks and won't be back. Amenities clearly state "daily housekeeping". I only got 5 daily and 2 more I had to ask. This used to b a Howard Johnson and although changes have been doneThe cons definitely outweigh te pros. Expensive also.

There was some mold on the shower ceiling tiles and the shampoo and conditioner containers attached in the shower were dirty. Overall, not impressed with the hotel. We didn't have any interaction with staff except at check-in and check-out. Both experiences were pleasant.

Our stay at this hotel was great, check in was fast. clean, quiet, room. The king bed was very comfortable, the hot complementary breakfast was very good. Nice indoor pool. Plenty of parking available. We would stay here again on our next trip.

Clean and comfortable room, great for a weekend stay.

Not enough drawer space. Broken bed, flimsy bathroom cabinets.

A little run down and staff had a mid attitude. But it was fine.

In this case. I checked in at 315pm and the power went out at 320 (as we entered our room). Power came back on at 4am next morning. Didn't get anything but bad experience

The front desk girl her name was Vanessa. She was so helpful and sweet. She is amazing at her job. Made us feel right at home. She should get a couple days off with pay. I travele alot and have to say she is one of the most friendliness person. Thank you. I really don't have much I didn't like. Only two, We only had ha d towels and two Face clothes. Had to go down and get them. And the mattress on our bed was sinking in the middle. So it was a little hard to get comfortable. Other than that. We will definitely stay next time we are there.

cons: filthy bathtub, disgustingly dirty with pubic hair, non working TV, non working telephone to use in case of emergency, smudge tv screen in Room ONE Requested to change the room becase of unsanitary conditions Now room number two. They gave us another room alternative, Another one was looking good except, there was no power, no lights, We moved from first floor to the third with all our stuf to notice that there was no working TV, no working phone in case of emergency, some of receptacles were missing . They gave us another room. This one was nice just two numbers up from the last one. Missing light bulbs, TV was not working, no way to connect to WIFI, they finaly called a gay which fixed the problem with loss signal cable problem and WIFI issue. But we could not be able to use our laptop with HDMI after the fix. FINALLY I gave up. I spent 3 nights there. I will never do this mistake again.

The Staff was Very Friendly. Manager was nice and helpful. Short Staff. Need more Renovations. Pool needs to be heated and More Seating. Should add a Whirlpool.

Was once a nice place but it’s being run hard and not reinvested in. Bed was comfortable but over all, it’s mid and not looking like it’s being taken care of.

The staff was friendly and the beds were comfy. One of the faucets sprayed onto me when I used it, I reported it to the desk staff, hopefully they fix it. And there was a tooth flosser in the corner of the room as well as what looked like maybe a food stain on the wall by the coffee maker. Subpar for sure. There were also people slamming doors and yelling in the halls until 11pm or so.

Shower head was dirty. Coffee maker was not cleaned.(water left in the tank). Shampoo holder had stain. Wifi was interrupted every 10 seconds. Even considering the cost of the room charge, I would not stay at your hotel again and not recommend it to my friends. Your staff are very friendly and helpful, though.
