The fire alarms went off 3 different times through the night meaning you got no sleep!!! The last time was at 4am scared me waking up to that noise. Couldn't go back to sleep. Breakfast was cold and nasty!!!
-
The breakfast offered a variety healthy, high protein options. My favorite was the oatmeal stand complete with real coconut shavings, walnuts, and cranberries. The kind staff was highly attentive and accommodating.

My stay was for 3 nights but no housekeeping services were provided.

Both of our rooms had a really strange odor - almost a mix of stale cigars, body odor, chemicals, mold, and mildew. We arrived late at night and were unable to change both of our rooms because the hotel was at capacity. We endured our stay and were happy to leave. The rest of the hotel was ok.

STAFF IS INCREDIBLE! I had several “issues” during my stay. They were all solved promptly and efficiently with a smile! It’s not that I don’t like this, but be advised this is a LARGE complex spread out into other buildings.

Check in and out was very smooth.Staff very nice and helpful.Room, very clean and up to date.We were here for the Woodward Cruise. Been going to the cruise for many years and will be booking this hotel from here on.

Excellent accommodations. Older but well kept property. Staff is amazing. Rooms are big and comfortable.
-
The only thing that we all hated was the very short commodes. They were very hard to sit and get up. The bowls were also very shallow which means that it was easy to get your hands wet if weren’t careful. This should be corrected, but it wouldn’t keep me from staying there again.

Staff helpful and supportive. Rooms are run down and need to be updated.

The first room we were given smelled profusely of cigarette smoke. The staff was kind enough to put us in a different room. All the hallways frequently smelled like someone was smoking pot.
-
All the staff from front desk to breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was easy on/off the highway. Breakfast (eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits/gravy, waffles, yogurt, fruit, juice) was great all four days we were there. Good laundry facilities.

Staff was friendly and there were warm cookies at check in that were amazing. Breakfast looked good, but most was gone when I arrived at the tail end of breakfast. It must be good so plan to get there early. All in all it was a good value for the stay.
