Parking was too far from the hotel. Close to shopping areas which was really a huge plus... Found hair in the shower and under the sink. No laundry facilities, and didn’t like that the pool was on the 9th floor,elevators was on one side of the hotel which made it a lengthy walk to our room, but it was an alright stay. Felt safe, spacious, liked the layout of the room

Got a room change immediately with no hassle when we discovered just after check in that toilet was not working properly. Great location and value for money. Neat and tidy room. Despite being clean and functional, rooms were a bit dated and aging.

The hotel room was clean, and comfortable throughout my stay. The bed was especially comfortable and allowed for a restful night's sleep. THe decor and furnishings were somewhat basic. However, this did not negatively affect my overall stay.

The hotel lobby seemed to have had some renovations done however the rooms and the floors need the same TLC. Very dated and gloomy looking. The breakfast buffet which was included in my stay was just okay. I also didnt like that I was still charged for receiving a package that arrived while I was checking in! I knew it was my package, told the person it was my package, no handling on the hotel's part. The front desk person said oh perfect timing...and still charged me for it. Small things like that make a big difference. There is also construction going on in the area so the view may be impacted. All in all I wont be staying here again.
