We were passing through and needed a place to stay the night. This Red Roof provided that without a doubt and at a low price. The beds were decent, the AC worked well, shower looked to have been updated... overall, it met our needs. There did seem to be some folks on an "extended" stay. They wondered around a bit the evening we were there. That said, I'd rate the condition of the complex a 7. You get what you pay for, we'll probably choose a different location if were in the area again.

I am a happy, friendly person so I could see if someone was fussy or grumpy the staff would reflect that back. There was no microwave in the room. The only one I saw was quite a ways away at the front lobby, where the coffee is. I don’t drink coffee, but Jon was kind enough to heat up water for Me in the back so I can make tea. Parking was good I was able to park right under My room which made it convenient to load and unload My car. King buffet directly across the street was absolutely delicious. Overall, it was a very good stay and a convenient location!!

Listen, let me start off with just affirming that it is what it is LOL no it is not the most up-to-date, the most spotless, the most maintain Red roof inn that I have ever stayed in. But it is not dirty in your room. The restroom is not dirty. Your towels and blankets and sheets are all clean. The floors are clean. So don't get on here and complain about what it looks like outside because nobody goes to admire the external structures. The room was super cheap. And it was very very clean and a good value for the price. The staff was probably the nicest staff I have ever engaged with at a Red roof inn. They were very accommodating. I needed a room fast cheap and clean. And that's what I got. And some added kindness from the staff.

Every housekeeper got 100% great work and very clean environment..great for stay and on vacations..great location..

This place is horrible staff is rude

Nothing Personal very rude and waiting for my refund if not received within 7 - 10 days will contact better business bureau and obtain legal assistance or small claims settlement

No microwave

We walked into the lobby and a roach was literally crawling across the floor. The pool was completely drained. And the room was super hot with no AC and smelt rank. We left immediately and booked another room at a different hotel.

The room was not clean, the flush was not working properly, and there was a bad smell inside the room. The outside environment of the hotel also felt unsafe and was not maintained well. Overall, the rooms were very dirty and not acceptable. We spoke with the front desk regarding these issues, but they did not provide any assistance or try to resolve the problems. To be honest, this experience was extremely disappointing, and I would like to request a full refund.

This property was the absolute worst hotel property Ive stayed at, in 60 years. and hundreds of hotels. A "15" page letter has been written to "THE president of Red Roof Inns, outlining in details with over 150 pics of "the issues". A lawsuit will be filed, if a settlement isn't accepted by RedRoof Inns.

Cleanliness of room was awful, bugs and roaches moved around bathroom.

When we stepped in the room it had this foul smell, and we were going to leave when the door wouldn’t lock. After we got home I went to the bathroom to see many places covered in yellow, and when I got on the bed it was sticky and was stained yellow. I was about to go to bed when I saw a cockroach and many flies. This was the worst place I’ve been to. I had 2 dogs and they barely slept because the floor was sticky and slippery, they would only sleep on a towel and never left it. I will never come back here again.

The place was fine it was clean and smelled clean the only Robles I found was the shower didn't work properly wich made me have to take a bath

Ugh. I did not feel safe in this property. The back part of the property seems to be low rent housing. No green space at all. Everything just seemed trashy. Lukewarm water was all I could get. Lumpy pillows.
