The rooms have a "kitchen" that have a microwave, fridge and dishwasher, but they need a small cooktop in there so you can prepare food other that micorwave stuff. They also need to have more plug ins between the beds (we had a 2 queen). They had one plug in at the base of the lamp and we were all fighting over it. Get up to date on that! Need way more ports and plug ins, please. I finally had to crawl behind the table and unplug the alarm clock so I had access to more outlets. The beds were like bricks. I like a soft bed but I can usually do fine with medium, but these were just super uncomfortable and hard. Could use some toppers to help. And finally - the window air conditioner...time to switch to central air that is quiet. This thing was so loud and rattled terribly that we could barely sleep the entire 3 nights there. We often turned it off just to get a break from hearing it run or to hear the TV better, which it drowned out easily. But it was over 100 degrees each day we were there, and would get hot in the room, so we had to turn the stupid thing back on. These things will keep us from staying here again. It's a nice sized room, Clean, the property itself was nice, the kitchen was somewhat helpful, but the drawbacks were too many and made the stay uncomfortable.

The hotel room was nice but I have a complaint about the receptionist. She was very rude when I came to check in and lectured me with a questionable tone about how to check in efficiently when I was already having a tiring and disappointing day. All I wanted was to check in and sleep in the hotel room but she took so long to lecture me about the proper way to check in that it made me and my friend feel extremely tired.

Excellent stay! The hotel was very well maintained, clean, and had no unpleasant smells. We loved the outdoor pool, and even the laundry room was spotless. The price was incredibly reasonable for the quality—you really can’t beat it! We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is very clean and the breakfast is great

The room was great for my family 4. Everything was clean, supplied and comfortable. I really liked the roll out table to comfortably eat meals in the room. The breakfast and pool were wonderful! There's also plenty of nearby restaurants and easy access to the interstate. We will definitely stay here again!

Best hotel ever .. the room was spacious and cleaned very well , friendly stuff, awesome breakfast.. everything was clean inside and outside.. loved my stay there . Keep it up guys .

I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff has been absolutely amazing. The staff is constantly cleaning. This is the cleanest hotel I have seen in my 20+ years of travel. The breakfast buffet was great. Kudos to the management team at this hotel. Hilton needs to use this hotel as their standard for excellence.

Clean hotel

The rooms are clean and spacious, the staff is friendly and helpful. There was a wide variety of foods for breakfast and the pool was always clean. I love the enclosed dog park as this was very convenient. It is also located within 10 minutes of many stores and restaurants. We always stay here when in Plano.

This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at (besides an all inclusive ritzy resort). The room was giant, food was excellent, staff was incredible, and price was shockingly good. I wish I could pluck this hotel up and forever stay in it around the world.

Nice rooms. Lots of storage. Great options for breakfast. Pool was clean and well equipped.
