Embassy Suites by Hilton Plainfield Indianapolis Airport

The stay met my expectations in every way as a frequent guest of different Embassy Suites when traveling, however, I was not a fan of the sliding doors in the bathroom in this particular hotel.

We did a weekend trip with our children who are 6 and under and I have 0 complaints. I highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area or planning activities downtown Indianapolis. Helpful and kind staff from the front desk to the kind workers in housekeeping and the dining staff.

lobby was great room was too small , although it has king bed and sofa but it feel suffocated and rooms need to be little more space. This being high end hotel. was very disappointed

The hotel was very nice and clean throughout. The room was spacious for my family. I like how their was a separate living room area away from the bedroom area. My only complaint is the time period of the breakfast on weekends. When we checked in, we were told breakfast is from 6:30 until 9:30 am. This was true for Friday morning, however, when we came down at 6:30 on Sat morning we found out that breakfast starts at 7:30 on weekends. We were in town for a cheer competition and had to be at the venue by 8:15 am. The 6:30 breakfast time on Fri worked great, but we had to be out the door on Sat before breakfast was ready. I like booking hotels that offer breakfast when traveling because it's one less thing to worry about, however, they didn't serve it early enough to accommodate an athlete's early schedule. I do not have any complaints about the breakfast food served, just the timing.

This was the prettiest hotel I have been to. It’s so clean like I could see my reflection in the floor! The staff were amazing helpful kind and caring!! The rooms were great everything was well taken care of and comfortable! The breakfast oh my goodness that was amazing!!! I would travel to this hotel again just for the stay! Great job guys well done keep up the hard work!!!

My daughter and I stayed one night to visit Purdue. This was definitely the nicest Embassy Suites I have ever stayed in. The staff was super friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Best of all, the room was super clean and had NO CARPET! I love that! I would definitely stay here again.

Clean room staff was very nice breakfast very good and the bar was nice

The floor was very slippery when you got out of the shower. We had 4 people, so I didn't want to waste towels by putting a clean one on the floor. Maybe include more towels, install bath mats, or at least put up a sign to notify others of the potential hazard.

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely visit again. Highly recommend
