The Place was Clean, beautiful and in a great area

Perfect location for our planned activities. Rooms were clean and well maintained.

Great place to stay re parking, location, coffee / snacks, comfort. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! Had the perfect time.

The pool water was too cold, and there was limited parking, but everything was clean and the staff were friendly

room was dirty. There were bundles of hair on the floor, chewed gum stuck in the waste baskets, no hand soap and the shower was dirty with hair in it

The hotel was perfectly located in the heart of University of Pittsburgh area and close to Oakland, Shadyside, Squirrel Hill, and Dahntahn (!). The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and very clean.

Close to my business Cleaning staff failed to clean room

The room was spacious but the bath area wasn’t very clean (had pink stains). Curtains in the bedroom let in light from the bottom.

The hotel and staff were great.

We had a wonderful family stay at this hotel- it was clean, quiet, welcoming and comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly and professional. We were greeted by Mr. Ray at the front desk who was incredibly helpful, warm and efficient. The room service staff were also polite and attentive. The only minor inconvenience was that there was no microwave in the room, but a shared one was conveniently available in the lobby. Overall, a great place to stay for everyone.

The AC was not working (on a hot and sweaty summer night) in the first room allocated to us. The staff was kind enough to move us to another room the next day. There, the shower drain was blocked and maintenance had to be called. The staff were great but the hotel needs a thorough maintenance.

Staff was great, hotel was clean, best part was the hotel had a restaurant and a bar, we were tired and did not want to go and find a restaurant. Everything was great , so nothing negative.

Great location and staff was very helpful

The hotel was clean, and the staff was incredibly helpful. The location was great for moving our child into the university of Pittsburgh and the price was surprisingly affordable for such a prime location.
