Motel 6 Phoenix, AZ – Sky Harbor

This was a TERRIBLE hotel.

so when we got there, there was a lady arguing with the front desk attendant and people outside from what I could tell taking pictures of the people walking in and then when me and Fred got our room key, we did get there pretty late. We had a late flight and when we walked another room, the whole floor was flooded and the room smelled terrible and the AC was broken and so we went to exchange it for a different room. They gave us a different room when we got into the room, the AC was broken and this room again and then the counters in the bathroom recovered and pimple patches and it was just extremely disgusting. Definitely motel six Kinda thing.

So when the temperature goes up or it’s humid outside the AC sucks. Someone in the office said there’s swamp coolers at this hotel . That’s a noon!! The ice machine was out during the worst part of summer and now it barely works . We have 4 floors and only one ice machine on 2nd flood.

HOT the first room was hot ! ... there was paint brush on the table . Then i was given the options of another room . I moved to the other room . It was little better with the temperature, but still was not as you would expect in a motel or hotel . The furniture was outdated and this room didnt have a tv on the bedroom like the 1st room i was given ... i would not consider staying here unless it was during the months with better weather . But i would avoid at all cost in summer ... not worth it for the price and deposit required. THE STAFF WAS REALLY GOOD .

Very friendly staff, very flexible and able to work with your travel schedule. I was very very happy with my stay here and was bummed to leave my cozy room behind.

Room entrances from walkways. Poorly lit on 3rd floor - hard to see room numbers after dark. I was given a suite, which did not cool well due to excessive heat that day; one primary air vent in between living and bed rooms - carpet was soggy underneath. Drain cover in tub did not seal, so unable to take bath to cool off. Holes in walls in bedroom (pictures taken down?) and light bulbs burned out on exterior. I stay at Motel Six properties regularly. This is the least well maintained property I have ever stayed at. Only $55 per night on hotels.com a great price for near airport.

The A/C wasn't working, the room was hot and the shower only had hot water.

No AC it was blowing swamp cooler air not cold AC. Pool was always dirty , ice machine didn’t work when it was 114 degrees out . When it did work there was only on one floor . There’s 4 elevators and only 2 are working . Dog shit all over

We got to swim, for 1 day we were there You get what you pay for, room was musty, mold in restroom and shower. Carpet was soiled very bad. Furniture was dirty as well. Walls were never cleaned. All Furniture was dated. Beds were difficult to sleep in.

Didn't even stay for the night That the room was falsely advertised as having AC upon arrival finding out there is no AC in the rooms, the entire building is infested with bed bugs horribly rampantly infested, the staff lied about the bed bug issues as I see them crawling across the counter, and that they refused to try and wave my cancellation fee of only booking the room about an hour before arrival to cancel it upon arriving to find out it was falsely advertised and horribly unhygienic, bed bugs can easily spread bloodborne diseases, this place should be condemned.

Room was big The first room the shower did not work, they moved us to a room that didn’t lock correctly. It was dirty. They did not clean our sheets. They said they will wash them and we can pick them up at 3:00pm. The pool was very very dirty. That was number one looking for a hotel. My boyfriend went to get a discount or refund they would not do it. My recommendation do not go to this hotel. There were a lot of shady people that stay there and a lot of homeless people.

Nothing i liked about that place.Room smelled didnt look clean someone left powerade bottle half drank in room and the whole place just looked dirty even the people that stayed there looked like drug dealers would stay there It wasn't clean not to my expectations, I also got bed bugs from that place so I wouldnt recommend it to anyone
