Breakfast is delicious! Rooms ALWAYS clean. The shower heads can be upgraded for more power. I love the older gentleman at the front desk on weekends. He has some beautiful pets he shows the little kids. My granddaughter loves it. Swimming pool in shape of a heart very clean and refreshing. Do not know how room service works, but I just ask for clean towels! Service animals welcomed and definitely no charge. Just say it in advance!

Despite our cooler not working properly and the shower tub clogging, maintenance assessed the and the manager was kind to work with and switched our rooms. Very helpful and kind guy.

La habitación fue muy cómoda. Disfruté el área de piscina y jacuzzi. No me pareció que la limpieza a la habitación la hacen cada 3 días y no es a diario. El desayuno tiene variedad y es rico pero es el mismo menú todo los días y luego de estar hospedado varios días uno se aburre de comer lo mismo

Convenient location to eateries and Interstate ramps. Needs minor upgrade. Elevator inner doors had vandalism and room bathroom door spring was broken.

The staff was so nice and let me check in early. Room was clean with great AC! Definitely recommend.

I loved everything about this hotel. The staff was exceptional and very helpful. Check-in was quick and easy. They even have us a ground floor room because we had my service dog with me. The room and bed were amazing. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. I would definitely stay here again. Nothing really.

the bed was good the spigot in the shower was only set on hot/very warm, the chair was tattered, and the carpet was sticky

Everything was great, our tv didn’t work well and stopped working completely the morning of our check out. Beyond that, amazing room and friendly staff.
