Loved everything I felt welcomed

Very thankful hotels was to accommodate our request for a handicap accessible room at check in. They were also ins enough to upgrade our room to a suite for free to accommodate my husband’s mobility scooter. Room was nice faced the downs town. Our only complaint is the mattress and pillows. The mattress literally folded in as we proceeded to lay down super soft felt like a bean bag and the pillows were know better overall the hotel stay was great.

We always choose this hotel when staying in Phoenix to watch the Diamondbacks play! Their breakfast is delicious with many options to choose from. Only problem is parking.. there is a lot that you can pay at that’s covered parking.

Room was great, breakfast was great, the issue was the valet parking, it took 45 minutes for them to get our car when the instructions said to text for your car and wait 15 minutes. They were understaffed so i understamd but for a $44 valet parking it's just not okay.

Room A/C wasn't working and only one worker for Valet (poor guy). After about 30 mins they gave a new room, a suite, the walls were very thin. We could hear everything from every direction. After about 45 mins they got another valet worker to help. Keys weren't organized. Overall it was good.

Good and exellent

FYI: $44 for valet parking a night, $35 for self parking!!

We loved the location of this hotel. It’s walking distance to do many venues. The room was very spacious and the beds comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved having the restaurant and bar right down stairs.

Our room was very clean. The hotel itself smelled and looked clean. There is a restaurant downstairs in lobby area that has happy hour, we didn’t get to try as they closed at 10pm on a Wednesday night. The ice machine on our floor did not work. The onsite coffee shop (they make Starbucks coffee) was operated by the same person who was checking guests in and out so we were not able to buy coffee because she was busy with guests. Also $44 for all day valet seemed too much. There is self parking at a parking garage near by but they also charge around $35 for all day.

I loved the room size! The sitting area couch with the small divider for the bed was the cutest thing to me! Very spacious.

Great stay... The rooms were very spacious and sparkling clean

The only downside was the parking situation. Before arriving, we called to ask about parking and were given different information than what we were told when we checked in. We later found out that the parking area is about a block away from the hotel. While we understood that parking required an additional fee, having to park a block away and carry all of our luggage to the hotel was inconvenient, especially since we weren’t given clear information beforehand. Aside from the parking situation, we really enjoyed the hotel and were very happy with the cleanliness, upkeep, and service. I would still recommend staying here, but I do think the parking process and communication could be improved.

Great stay as usual to attend a concert…..

Ac was barely cool. Mattress was so gross. Blood stains everywhere. Room was clean. Pillows were comfortable. My friend was bitten all over her legs, which led us to discover the gross Mattress and crushed bug.

Great say super close to Chase Stadium
