Bar staff was incredibly polite friendly and helpful

The room was amazing! The bed was super comfy, the toiletries were top notch, the shower’s water pressure was great, the couch was comfy. The breakfast was delicious, and the customer service was exceptional. The gym was a little small.

The only issue I had was that there was only one person serving in the omelette station. Which meant that we had to wait in line for a period of time just to receive bacon and sausage.

This place is awesome! And very affordable. Breakfast is amazing!

Bathroom faucets did not shut off properly as well as the levers in the bathtub

Everyone was friendly from checking in, staff greeting me in the hallway or the kind lady making omelets. The grounds, lobby and room were clean.

I’m still waiting for my refund. It’s been over a month. I was double charged

Everything!! Very convenient with the bar, restaurant & wonderful breakfast. We needed to stay another day but there weren’t any available rooms which is the only bad part. No available rooms for an impromptu additional stay

The room was clean. The staff were very helpful and professional. The breakfast is the best part of this hotel.

Breakfast menu was fresh but the line was long to get the omelet and even just the sausage bacon which are usually out already. Staff were nice and bar was great

Our AC did not work properly but staff easily accommodated that and immediately came to check it and moved our room next door to an AC that worked.

Will stay again! Prime location and everything was nice.

Television - I know not all people watch television. They had 40 channels on their Guide channel # 1 - However 90 % of the channels would not work 100 %. You could be watching something and then you get "unable to get feed" memo pops up. With the WIFI technology of today I do not understand how you can not have good TV like we all have at home. They are still back in the 70's. I used to stay at Embassy Suites when travelling but I will never stay with them again. This is not the Embassy Suites of OLD.
