Nice, centrally-located hotel that’s a little tired - rooms in need of a makeover. Still, it’s a strong option close to just about everything downtown.

Very customer focused and very clean. Convenient location near hotels and shops.

The hotel is in desperate need of a face lift.

Beautiful hotel very convenient and trendy , front desk staff was very friendly and pleasant. I took off 1 star due to twice hotel staff was in the room after check in which was weird , the first was stated he was checking that the mini bar was stocked , again after check in the second time the person stated he didn’t know anyone was in the room , overall would stay here again because of the Beauty and convenient location I would just hope staff is better with not entering the room while occupied.

Staff very helpful in explaining a the amenities. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast.. very nice selections and presentation. Dining room staff very very helpful.. love the happy hour drinks. More selections of food at Happy Hour prices needed. I would return . Great location .

The rooms are spacious and have excellent amenities, like terry robes and both a nespresso machine and for us tea drinkers an electric kettle and assortment of teas. The lovely lobby was a great place to sit with friends later in the evening and enjoy tea or ice cream. And the location is a short walk to many restaurants.

The hotel is in a very convenient location for restaurants - lots of choices within walking distance.

Everyone was so accommodating, starting with the guys who checked in our car to the reception desk who patiently dealt with the fact that I had misplaced my wallet. Best of all was Edward on the housekeeping staff, he really set us up for a wonderful stay and made everything amazing. He was the nicest part of our whole stay in Philadelphia, he should be given a bonus or something for the way he interacts with guests. We hope to return soon!

The staff were very friendly and helpful! I had asked for clean towels before going out and not only did I get clean towels but the bed was made and the room straightened up. Also, the hotel is very clean and walkable to restaurants!

Valet staff were amazing. Hotel upgrade was a downgrade and I had to request to be moved. Ordered a salad to pick up on my way out; no one ever put the order in so I left for my train ride w/out lunch. Overall great property would stay again wouldn’t have high expectations of the staff. Great location.

Everything was excellent.

Great room, very functional and well thought out room. Super quiet, good blackout shades. Wonderful bath amenities. Limited storage space for clothing and toiletries but manageable. Great location, really nice shopping and restaurants. Beautiful lobby.
