Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia

Comfortable, clean, great location. Friendly staff.

Signs for the hotel ONLY are slim to none. We took the wrong elevator which led to the casino. The guard was incredibly rude about us having a minor. He went on and on about how we could not enter that way. Instead of nicely informing us the correct way to go, he continued to be rude. The room was nice. The bathroom was beautiful. Unfortunately the water pressure was only good for luke warm to cold water. The hotter the water, the slower the flow. We picked the hotel because of the proximity to the field.

Nice big casino. Had a bad experience. Remote didn't work. Room service failed and i had to go down to the restaurant after an hour and a half. The staff failed to text me when the room was ready. I travel a lot, law of averages says stays like this will happen. Probably a good experience for most travelers in general

Very pleased with our experience each time we stay here. I do wish rooms had a microwave. I have a special needs child that requires his meal to be heated while we are on our stay. If one can be provided upon request would be great. Overall, very please with our stay.

Limited food options if you have kids (there are restaurants inside the Casino, but obviously kids can't go in there). Rooms are spacious and everything was very clean.

Clean good service nice food choices and lots of parking

Check in was awesome, room was nice, but there was dirt/ small debris between bed and night stands on both sides of room.

Also Perfect For: NFL, NHL & NBA Fans!! Easy Access to Interstate and close distance to all the more Historic Elements of Philadelphia.

Shower didn't work...television had horrible channels, no local sports channels?? Unacceptable.. Housekeeping knocking on the door at 9am and then proceeded to attempt to open the door. Check out was 11am..

Awesome stay

Nice clean rooms, friendly staff, perfect stay for a Phillies, Sixers or Eagles game.

The air conditioner didn't work and even that we had an 11am check out time we had the maid banging on the door at 8am and woke us up to remind us that we needed to check out at 11am
