I attempted to check in at 4pm and did not receive a room until almost 7pm. The staff admitted that they were completely overbooked. I booked a king bed and ended up in a queen. They attempted to move me to another hotel which I refused. I was not offered anything in return. Not a free drink at the bar, not a free breakfast voucher. I had to cancel my dinner reservations and I was late to work because of the issue.

Great location, nice bar, full breakfast

The room was just okay to be Hilton . The bar was okay but noisy because it’s in the middle of the lobby.

We did not get to stay there even though we booked it a week advanced because I was told at check in that it was overbooked.

Good food. Friendly staff. Need to work on maintenance of the property.

Multiple people waiting in lobby because no rooms available one hour after check in time. People left and others were told won’t be ready for hours. I got my room one and a half hours after check in and no sorry or comps.

Its not what expcted from Hilton Group overall

The wifi and television was spotty. I woke to discover there was no running water in the entire hotel. They did a poor job notifying guests. I couldn't reach anyone at the front desk. I had to down to the lobby to be told there was no water. I should get a partial refund.

Clean room. Restaurant/bar staff was understaffed and slightly rude. Front desk staff assisted bar staff with clearing tables, etc., but she was still rude. Self parking is a block away. Front desk helpful and friendly.
