The property is s clean and well maintained

Breakfast was terrible biscuits hard as a rock

The air conditioner was getting the floor a little wet.the room did have a musky smell.

I enjoyed the quietness of the area but there were no amenities the body wash container was empty in the first bathroom and there was not even a empty bottle in the other, I had a suite with 2 bathrooms one shower didn’t work the other the toilet ran all night and the other wouldn’t flush we had to use the trash can and fill with water in the shower that did work and flush the toilets called twice the first time was told maintenance was unavailable because it was after 11pm when we checked in was not offered another room due to being booked but showed other rooms on Expedia. I will never stay here again and hope to get a full refund for the money I spend and didn’t even have working accommodations for our stay

Breakfast selection is minimal

This hotel was incredibly run down. If you dont care about cleanliness or safety then stay here. There were dead bugs all over the ceiling. The bathtub was dirty. The stairs were falling apart and the elevator was old and raggedy. I definitely do not recommend.

It was an okay size room The pool was closed and nasty. the room wasn’t the cleanest I found stained shower curtains and covers. there was also ants

The bed was hard and the pillows too

There was a guy in only shorts passed out in a balled up position on the concrete stoop in front of a first floor room, manager called EMS for possible OD, ambulance & firetruck arrived but did not transport from what I could tell. The room AC had been off until my arrival and the room was quite hot, it cooled down but took quite a while. I finally just crashed because I needed to sleep. In the morning, the breakfast area was not too well maintained and there were multiple flies everywhere to be fought off during my breakfast. There appeared to be a lot of travel construction guests, not a big deal in itself, but in my travels I have learned that sometimes they can also bring drug dealing, use & prostitution activity with them. There were families staying there, but I am glad I was alone on this trip. Probably a reasonable hotel in the country of India or Mexico, but in the U.S. I consider it very, very substandard.

Nice staff

The floor was dirty, curly hair was in the toilet, and the battery to the remote was dead.

Room was dirty, ants, mildew in bathroom. Staff was unhelpful in getting a lower floor room as I requested. Third floor is an enclosed oven. Room was 85 degrees on check in.

Very bad room

Bathtub was leaking

Person at front counter when checking in. 1 person was very decent 2nd person behind counter was rude and not customer friendly
