Room smelled amazing when we arrived. They let us check in early since our room was ready! Very nice staff. Views from room were AMAZING!!! My wife has never seen a beach or ocean In person, so this was an amazing experience for her. She fell in love with Pensacola!!

It will be so nice if they will add more lights in the room or any extra table/chairs in the room. But still excellent location,great gym and pool.

We always love our stay at the Pensacola Beach resort. Beautiful property with a pristine Beach and wonderful service. We also love Lauren assisting with the beach chairs and umbrellas. She’s awesome.

Very quiet room, nice parking garage and three elevators. Nice restaurant (alittle pricey with $20 omelettes), but nice ambiance.

We loved the resort, easy access to the beach and plenty of restaurants and shopping. The staff was great too. We will be back next year for sure.

Location was great, very close to the beach.

Room was clean. Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. Shower had mold/mildew. Had to ask for coffee cups for the room 2 of the 4 days we were there due to housekeeping not replacing. Front desk staff when we first arrived seemed like we were bothering them. Restaurant staff was completely amazing. View however was absolutely beautiful. Pool amenities were nice.

The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms are nicely decorated but we paid for a beach front balcony room and were given a balcony with no covering so because of the rain we could not even enjoy being on our balcony and the hotel would not let us switch rooms.

Such a beautiful resort! Excellent friendly service , delicious dining! Golf cart transportation to and from places on the beach is readily available and so very helpful! We had a wonderful, relaxing time at the beach and the gorgeous pool. We highly recommend Pensacola Beach Resort!

Everything was great! You don't have to leave the resort if you don't want to. If you so choose to leave restaurants and activities are nearby.
