Great location, bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, nice and cosy. Loved the shower hot water was amazing. Nice and close to the Zoo, Royal Park and the royal children’s hospital. Definitely staying again. Staff were friendly and welcoming

Close to tram line, zoo etc. Access to a laundry. Shower screen over bath was too short, no power points near the beds.

The staff were friendly and approachable The pictures online to what we got were very different. Had I known exactly what I was in for, I would not have booked here for our short stay. We were further disappointed by the state of the room! Hair in the shower drain that was not ours, body wash was empty, dust build up that looks to be several months old. I have never stayed in such accommodation that claims to be 4 stars!

Easy to get to new room are good old ones are awful Rude staff twice if been there and waited once he was texting and talking to in an ear piece and it wasn’t about the hotel even people infront waiting, awful parking very small car parking and rubbish and renovating things everywhere so you couldn’t turn properly

Anyways didn’t face any bad experience, just didn’t met our expectations. We didn’t expect this room size for the price we paid. Just booked because of the name Radisson, but after going there we came to know that it’s not the one we looked for. Anyways didn’t face any bad experience, just didn’t met our expectations.

Location The property was very run down Did not have the basic supplies in room Had to go down to get everything - right from hand towels / Soap / toilet tissues / toileterries The TV did not work - one of the guys came up and tried fixing it with no luck Everytime you rang the phone no one picked up and had to go to reception to pick up items!!!

Clean rooms, good shower (not over a bath like some reviews). Location and easy tram ride from the CBD Room was cold, maybe heater needs checking? But I being picky

Bed was great. Large room The shower was atrocious. There was no pressure and it just dribbled out of the large shower rose. Additionally, the water was luke warm even when I had it turned right up to full hot. Very disappointing
