The windows in the room couldn’t be opened, so there was no way to get any fresh air. The room felt stuffy the entire time. There was no heater provided, and the air conditioner could only be set up to +23°C, which was not sufficient to keep the room warm.

The fact that i paid for a room I did not use, somehow two rooms were booked, and was not given a refund, an amout of $2400.00, this put a bad taste in my mouth. I will not use Booking.com again, nor will I use Marriott Hotels in the future. I have used the Marriott MarQuis in NYC for over 30 years. see above. Loved that it’s in the middle of champs elysees so you can easily shop and leave it with concierge and continue; also loved their candy jars for kids in the lobby! Nothing for kids today inside hotel and no kids channels on tv

The location was good. The facilities did not meet the announced 5 stars standard. The breakfast was not near a 5 stars experience. The people in the reception did not appear interested to offer service. However, the people dedicated to serve food/drinks etc were pleasant. Some of the bell boys were service minded. Having stayed with your hotel in Hong Kong and some of our family members in Florida, you do not meet a 5 stars position in Paris. I paid the bills in full without any proposal from your personell for any discount for the inconvenience you caused due to lack of a 5 star service. I must admit thit was very disappointing!!! This contributes for me to re-consider closely whether or not to use any of your hotels in the future.

Great location, and our room had a balcony with views along Champs Elysees Bigger SUV type cars do not fit in the car park, although found nearby on-street parking quite easily

Breakfast was good. Staff was very courteous and friendly. Rooms were clean but small

The room was big, modern and clean. The lobby was beautiful and the location was great. The check in was very slow. The staff blamed it on slow computers. Breakfast was a total farce. Our order arrived bit by bit and some things we ordered never arrived.

Only location Staff writer was untrained and unhelpful and very old style and and need to be renovated and change the style to modern Room had no privacy and no isolation when anyone pass or talk in the corridor sound will be inside the room and vice versa. Room furniture is also old and needs to be changed. Booking shall show the real condition of the hotel by updating the picture frequently.
