Our room, 701 was just amazing. The deck is massive with a 270 degree view of Paris and facing the Eiffel Tower. The bathroom was gorgeous and functional in every way with a shower and separate tub. The A/C was great which was meaningful given the temps. Huge closet and sitting room. The location is amazing, perhaps as good as it gets being local to everything, but a relatively quieter street. From check in and throughout our stay the staff was very friendly and helpful in every way. We loved our time there. Not much that I can think of. No idea what other rooms look like, but the hotel itself is quaint and well cared for so I assume they are all good.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was in a perfect location, and the adjoining room was perfect for families. The breakfast is very good and the evening drinks are even better! Everything was perfect.

The hotel's location was perfect to walk the Champs Elysse and accompanying shops and restaurants for a great Parisian experience. We had the room with a loft which made it feel more spacious, and the staff was super welcoming and helpful at all hours of the day. For a boutique hotel, the restaurant and lobby seemed very chic and inviting, would recommend to anyone wanting an intimate Paris experience. The room we were showed in the booking had tile in the shower and a patio, but we did not have these same amenities during our stay, which was disappointing. The staff attempted to upsell us a room with a patio, but it would have only been for half our stay and the price difference was exorbitant. As far as the shower it was unfinished, giving it a dark and unwelcoming feel. Lighting was dim throughout, which is not always preferable when my wife was getting ready for a night out. Room service was limited.

Superb location, near major attractions by walking. The hotel is very modern, quiet, staff attentive. For a 5 ⭐️ hotel you expect a nice well decorated room, the size , rather small, normal for Paris but poorly aired. The bathroom with a good shower, but scanty vanities. No plug for hair dryer in bathroom. No coffee maker in the room only tea. I booked this hotel because of the view of the Eiffel Tower from the terrace but it was closed ? Paying 500$ per night ? Not worth

The staff is really good. Amazing services from them. Very very warm. One of the best staffs I ever had in a hotel. Mr Alexis is amazing. The WiFi was fast and allowed me to work properly during my time there. The main elevator of the hotel was out of service. No special facilities.

The hotel is very well located at walking distance from the grand Palais, its reception is very well decorated with a spacious and comfortable living room. The rooms were not very big but were spacious enough for a 2-day stay. They were well decorated, and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant has an excellent food, including the breakfast.

There was no clothes rack or minibar in my room, which was a surprise to me, and I was in a 5-star hotel.

This was our second time staying at this Hotel and so glad we did. The rooms are pretty and clean and wonderful Maid service. The location is perfect and on a side street, which is quieter. You also have a view of the Eiffel Tower. The Front Desk Staff was so friendly and helpful to our requests! The Concierge’s suggestions for restaurants and also getting our tickets for a gourmet Seine dinner cruise (which was beautiful )!
