Hampton Inn & Suites Panama City Beach-Beachfront

Room was very clean, clean lobby and breakfast area. Continental breakfast was ok. Great beach view! I love the Hilton brand! Would definitely stay there again!

Really enjoyed my solo birthday trip at the Hampton Inn Beach front! I got a room with a beautiful ocean view, was able to swim in the pool and even take a dip in the jacuzzi! And to top if off, breakfast was included! This was a great stay for the price and worth every penny. Staff was friendly and attentive. In addition to that, the location is very convenient. Close to stores, gift shops, gas stations,restaurants. You name it! Will definitely be staying here again!

The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was good, and the view from our room was beautiful. However, parking should be included in the room rate instead of being an additional charge. The biggest disappointment was the bed—it desperately needs to be replaced. It was extremely uncomfortable and resulted in one of the worst nights of sleep I have ever had. It was a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Jessica at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We came a day early and she helped with us checking in and made the whole process easy. She even remembered our name and gave such wonderful customer service throughout the whole week. Breakfast was great. The pool area was so nice and we enjoyed the view and all that was offered. Great week! Thank you!

Our stay was wonderful and very comfortable! Our room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The front desk staff went above and beyond to help us get checked in smoothly. We especially loved their pool that is so close to the beach that while we were relaxing in the pool we could listen to the ocean waves! I would definitely recommend this hotel for families and couples, and we look forward to staying here again!

Friendly staff clean room great views

I had a service dog they charged us 85. For her. When we booked our room we didn’t know we would also have to pay for parking. Just not a good stay from the start. Also we paid extra for a balcony room but the marijuana smell was so very very bad we could not use our balcony. I told the front desk about this (Jessica) and was told…. “It is the beach”. Awlful stay!

I had a clogged bathroom sink and bathtub. I reported the problem via the “how’s your stay” text and maintenance was in my room and fixed the issues within 30 minutes! The front desk team, the breakfast team, and maintenance team were friendly and very helpful! Overall, the customer service and the location was excellent! I would stay here again!

Hotel was clean and it was so nice to be able to walk out on to the beach. This was my first time to the beach and was a great experience!!

Moderate Beachfront hotel with all the amenities needed. The included breakfast bar had alot of variety and was kept well stocked and clean. Appreciated the chair and umbrella rentals right in front of the hotel. Enjoyed the lobby/pool bar and lunch food. Walkable to Pier Park.

Great location, right on the beach with covered parking. Hotel is not clean like one would expect from Hampton Inn, bathroom was marginal with dirty floor and leaking shower, housekeeping every other day didn’t even change the sheets, noticed hotel was pet friendly due to the dog hair and stench of urine on the balcony that was not cleaned up. My thought is the intentions were good, they should do a better job preparing for guests, an apology after the fact just covers up the day to day need for improvement and the fact that my vacation is over and was negatively impacted.
