Amazing property loved how clean property was and the unit was so trendy and accommodating. Everything you would need also attention to detail offering an espresso machine with pods. Champagne glasses love this property housekeeping amazing and pool immaculate.

If you are looking for PS mid century chic this is your place. From the rooms to the pool and the neighborhood everything is tip top!

This one is great very well thought out and very little it didn't have to be critical checking in could have been a bit clearer very much enjoyed and would definitely return

There was a huge disconnect between Booking.com and AvantStay. Was not easy and would not book again.

We loved the intimacy of the pool and the music that was being played outside. It was a perfect vibe. Especially being adults only. The room was an apartment and having that much space was fabulous. We are locals who own a comic book shop, we often scout locations for when we bring in celebrities or comic book writers/artists. The host (Mark) was there if we needed anything but let us keep to ourselves. We had to cut the trip short due to a medical emergency so we booked again and had an entirely different experience as new owners have taken over. Our shower flooded.

We were here a few prior, and LOVED it (we own a comic book shop in town and often scout locations for celebrities, and comic book writers/artists to stay when they come out to our store for an event). The location is fine, the space of the apartments is wonderful, and they are dog friendly. But new owners have taken over since we were here a few weeks ago and the change is palpable. This is a 21 and over hotel. But there were kids. No. That’s not what we paid for. The pool was FILTHY. There were clumps of hair, toilet paper and trash in the murky hot water. It was like it hadn’t been cleaned since the last time we were there (it was cool, clear and detritus free with old owners). There was no longer any music being played by the pool. When I tried to text the “owner” all I got was an AI response…in fact, their AvantStay bot would not stop texting me. It was creepy and unprofessional. Finally *maybe* a real human texted AFTER we checked out (a day earlier than we booked) and blamed the pool dirtiness on the wind…like I’m not a local and don’t know the difference between leaves and human hair in a pool. They didn’t comment on the kids being there either. We informed them that we wanted to be refunded for the night we didn’t stay and got radio silence. We won’t be returning and neither will our clients.

A nice and well maintained property. The apartment was a good size with its own small yard to sit out in the sun. The front of the property goes directly out to the shared pool. I was not a fan of the added identity check that you have to submit prior to arriving. I booked this last minute and nearly missed this step and as I was on the road got into a bit of a panic with poor signal to submit images of ID and then a scan of my face. You’d think payment should be enough to secure the booking. However, other than this, it was a pleasant stay.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. Rooms are more like suites. Beautiful setting, really quiet but close enough to the action. Cool decor, lovely pool. Incredible.

this place is a hidden gem! highly recommend, especially if you need 2 br and 2 bathrooms. cute, clean, easy check in. kitchen stocked with nice glasses, huge fridge/freezer. loved it and will be back!

Wow wow wow gorgeous rooms with all the little touches,high end furnishings and beautiful pool and an amazing coffee machine.Mark is a little gem.x If we were being supercritical a extra light by the shower.x
