The rooms / whole hotel has a musty old smell, towels & linen are worn out. We arrived for 3 nights expecting a clean, simple base and it just felt like it wasn’t somewhere that you wanted to unpack or relax. In fact we considered just moving on. Glad we explored Palm Springs as we enjoyed ourselves but I wouldn’t recommend the hotel.

Quick stop in PS and one night at The Dunes....it was clean , super easy check-in/out, room amenities helpful, location was perfect and bathroom/beds above average and well-priced. Didn't really like having a backdrop preset on our TV which we couldn't clear, so we didn't get the best sleep due to the "light" in the room. Coffee in lobby in AM helped us get over our rough night. Would consider staying again.

My room sheets were dirty. The room was extremely hot when we got there and the ice bucket that came with the room was dirty.

Great hotel. Could have had coffee started earlier, but the place was great!

Showed up a little bit early for check-in but the staff was accommodating and very friendly. Parking is always easy, our room was on a higher floor with a great view of the pool. It was very clean, with a very comfy bed! This place is always a go to for my partner and I. It even walking distance to the downtown area and at a reasonable price.

The only issue I had is that they gave me a handicap wheel chair accessible room and bathroom. The shower was really inconvenient and messy.

A lovely stay! We stayed with our 6 year old daughter and our pup - both made to feel completely welcome! Pool is fantastic! And we loved the board games in the gorgeous lobby area! This was our second stay but we will be back again before the end of the year! Thank you!
