Great property. Amazing pool. Will be back!

Huge roach in room had to check out at 10pm because the manager was not helpful. It was a water bug that crawled under the bed. My daughter was already sleeping. They didn't even offer any compensation. They advertise they have a game/arcade room - they do not it's apparently seasonal (not in the summer ) also the kids club is seasonal (not in the summer ). Apparently on weekends their room cleaning starts late and ends at 5. We left our room at 9 am and came back at 230 room was not cleaned and I was told of I wanted earlier cleaning it needs to be requested. We were there in mid August and seems like their summer season is over and hospitality went out the window. Very unpleasant experience. Robert the manager was very unpleasant to work with. When I called about the roach and said we will be checking out his response was "wonderful". Definitely never staying here again.

Everyone is helpful and friendly beginning with the check in staff, bell hop transporting us to and from out casita to the restaurants. The place was quiet and tranquil. Sharing a pool and jacuzzi with a few casitas is wonderful. Thank you for your hospitality!

Relaxing experience, perfect for any size group.

Pools are well maintained with Bar Cart service to any pool. Did find multiple cockroaches in room. Did not make a big deal about it, should’ve brought to the attention of the staff upon finding the first one with minutes of checking into the room.

Always an amazing experience here. We’ve been coming for the last 4 years and we love it. The rooms are clean, the staff is courteous and the property is beautiful!

It’s a beautiful property with a lot of amenities

The place is amazing. The only drawback is that the property is so huge that it feels like you’re living in a condominium complex so you kinda have to drive around or request a golf cart escort. It also is very chill and does not have a resort feel in the pools. The pools are very serene and chill. There’s no bars at the pool unless you’re going to two of the big ones like the 21+. But I will say that the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They’re very attentive. They have great amenities.

Clean Room is excellent and the Staff are amazing

Using the provided number to request a ride left us waiting 20 min to get from the main pool to our room. Movie night was posted on instagram to start at 7pm . At 8:10 it started and never worked. Tech said the heat was causing issues.
