Amazing get away ! The staff was more than attentive. Place is a hidden gem and I can’t wait to return ! Thank you all so so so sooooo much .

We (a couple) stayed for 2 nights, mainly to spend the days at the beach near the easternmost point. The walk to the beach was nice and short, maybe 3-4 minutes. The facility itself was very convenient. They had beach chairs that we used frequently to sit on the sand, and they had other things like beach towels, umbrellas, bikes, and a laundry room with coin slots to use them, along with ice bags you could drop the cash into a box or zelle. The ice was super convenient for us. Te flat itself was also inviting, the bed comfortable king sized, however we wished the AC would also be located in the bedroom, we only had the ceiling fan which worked well, and overall it wasn't uncomfortably hot during the night, because we kept the living room (only) AC unit on high and the bedroom door open for the cold air to flow in. The apartment was a good size, with a patio out back with chairs and a table, which is shared open to the patio of your neighbor. We only really used it to hang our wet beach clothes to dry. The TVs were brand new and smart, very nice. The bathroom was basic, the shower head and pressure was good. The host let us do a late check out for 2pm for a $50 fee. I'd say for a $400 something stay, and the location, this stay was worth it for a weekend getaway.

Plenty of outdoor seating areas. Definitely would come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay! The individualized attention to details in the room were so warm and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the walk or bike ride to the beach was easy. Absolutely looking forward to a return trip.

The room was clean and loved that there was a fridge and microwave. Appreciates the helpfulness of staff with our stay . Super convenient to beach and loved the added convenience of having bags of ice available for purchase .

This little boutique motel is an amazing find! Such a super cute place with many personal touches. Everything from our flat to the pool was squeaky clean. The kitchen had everything that we needed. They even had a couple of bikes we could use and we did take advantage of them one evening. The area is beautiful, true Florida. We will definitely return.

Love this little spot. They even have free bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas to use during your visit. Does not have a ocean view but you can still feel the ocean breeze and smell the water. The beach is just a short walk away. I loved that we could swim in the pool without it being overcrowded like at a traditional hotel. Friendly staff and easy check in.

This place is great, especially for the price. The location is fantastic, quick access to the beach and the walkways on the sound. Our unit was clean, furnished very cute and the property is kind of old school and cool. We only stayed a night, but would have happily stayed longer if our trip would have called for it. My only complaint would be that the cleaning supplies that they use are very strong, my wife and I are sensitive to chemicals, so when we first got there we had to air it out for a bit,, but thankfully the unit had a lot of windows and it ended up being ok. We would definitely book here again.

We loved Fernando Flats and would rebook in a heartbeat! The room was perfectly appointed with unique furniture and thoughtful finds, like a Singer sewing machine! (The island was named after the designer of the Singer sewing machine). Very quick walk to the beautiful beach, with beach chairs and coolers to use for the day. Absolutely wonderful location - 4 min drive to the convenience store and a few restaurants, 3 min walk to the beach, and about a 10 min drive to James MacArthur State Park (kayaks and paddle boards for rent, walking trails, beach). We had a quick getaway for 3 night to celebrate our 19th anniversary, and I’m so happy we decided to stay at Fernando Flats. This was much more personal than a hotel. We can’t wait to come back!

We were absolutely delighted with this motel! It exceeded our expectations!! The spacious living room area was very comfortable to hang out in the evening and the space was all nicely appointed with the necessary amenities. We enjoyed the pool a lot and took advantage of the two bikes available, riding 4.5 miles around the island enjoying all the homes and landscaping. Having access to free beach chairs and coolers was a great perk. We were only a very short walk to the beach. Thoroughly enjoyed the snorkeling at the park under the bridge where we took a picnic and spent the day snorkeling.

Excellent value for this rental! The property is squeaky clean, our unit had everything we needed and is centrally located to the best section of Riviera Beach. Our family of 5 came for the snorkeling at Phil Foster Beach and were pleasantly surprised and impressed with snorkeling on the beach by the pump house, which was in walking distance of Fernando Flats. Our unit was comfortable and we slept well the three nights we were there. I would definitely consider staying here again and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a nice, clean, safe and affordable place to stay.

This place is cozy and inviting. So tastefully decorated and had all the comforts of home. Great proximity to restaurants and bars on the water. Bonus, we got to see our ship come in a block away! When we cruise again out of the port , we’ll be back!

This property was clean and inviting. The decor was amazing, the bed and the pillows were super comfortable, and the small kitchen and dining table were a plus. The bathroom was clean and the there were plenty of towels. Definitely will stay again.
