Very lovely, helpful staff get you in and out and assist with little convenient items you may have missed. Very compassionate, caring people and a great atmosphere.

The staff were absolutely professional and amazing. The hotel and room were clean. The parking lot was well lite at night. I felt very safe at this property. I would recommend this hotel and it will be my go to place when I am in the area.

The staff at the property were very pleasant and helpful. The property itself could use a little upgrading. A couple of coats of fresh paint and some rug cleaning. It is also centrally located for shopping and dining. Overall it was a good experience and fairly priced.

I was satisfied withmy stay. I will book again in the future.

Everything was organized and clean. But I didnt have good view from the windows.

Convenient location.

There is no restaurant at this property. However There is a $12.00 breakfast buffet. I didn’t eat it. The bar is tucked off in the corner and is not very well stocked. It closes at 9pm and seats 4. Loved the courtyard but the door back to the lobby was broken so you had to go thru the bushes to get back in. But the staff were awesome.

To pay almost $1000 for 2 rooms, 2 nights then have to pay additional for breakfast is ridiculous. We also told housekeeping sheets got spill on them. She told us to put them outside the door. We came back 9:30 at night and had no sheets. They. Ever came to remake the bed. So we slept with just bedspread. You would think it's common sense if you have a set of sheets dirty, you would have to replace them.

Very nice hotel. Clean, comfortable bed. Nice room decor. I just wish there was continental free breakfast..

Hotel was very clean. Definitely will stay here again. especially Tami at the bar. She was a sweetheart almost as good as going home when you’re treated so well.

It would have been helpful to have breakfast included in the cost

The exterior shower floor needed a more thorough cleaning to remove built-up dirt and soap scum, making sure it was clean and visually attractive.

Worn but still good value and convenient location.

This is my 3rd stay in the past 2 months, an enjoyable experience, the rooms and bathrooms were cleaned to our satisfaction, One complaint is the $100.00 hold on credit card for the frequent customers, seems to be excessive.

I've stayed at several different hotels in different cities. This was my first time at a Hilton. Everything was 5 stars at this location. The hotel was clean, the room was excellent, the employees were very helpful. Nothing but nice things to say about my stay,

This hotel has great potential, it needs some updates carpet removal in some areas has a wet/mildew smell to it has a Knots Landing esthetic it was not a bad experience enhancements would make it better.
