Staff was wonderful, friendly upon check in. Great idea offering a bagel on the go for anyone who could not make breakfast. Beds were comfortable but the pillows were too soft in our our opinion. The ottoman in our room was broken, three of the casters were tucked in a corner so it couldn't roll. I notified the front desk the first day we checked in. It was never replaced or fixed. We would not have used it but the next guest might.

The room had two tissues in the box. Asked for more and had to pick them off the housekeeper:s cart. Otherwise very good.

The Hampton on 135th in Overland Park is clean and well kept. The shower had great water pressure!!

The room and halls seemed fresh and welcoming. The parking was nearby and convenient. The staff were very helpful and polite. Thanks for a great stay.

We have stayed here several times while visiting family in the OP area and we have always had a good experience. Clean rooms, quiet, nice breakfast, next to walking trail if you like to walk outdoors.

I went to the free breakfast. It was "free" of potatoes, bacon, and sausage. After waiting about 5 minutes, I asked one of the staff if they were bringing out more potatoes. She said no. It was about 9:40 a.m. and other people also were still coming into the area for breakfast. I couldn't believe it. The breads, including the bagels, also were almost all gone. I took some scrambled eggs. Whoopie. The motel was not so busy that they should have run out of breakfast staples. I am very disappointed in the "oh, well" attitude of the hotel staff.
