Better than I expected - the room was, well roomy. It had a nice balcony on the river and the breakfast was varied, tasty, and plentiful even close to the end of the time they were serving (believe me, as non-morning people I've seen some sparce 'buffets' by the time we go to eat). Service was very good - people are friendly and helpful. There's a conference center with restaurant attached if you need food or entertainment and honestly several others within a 2 minute walk. The location is great to walk around Oswego. It's not a luxury hotel, but I'd say the next best thing.

I had a beautiful view...balcony where outlet meets lake Ontario. Rooms were clean...all windows could be cleaner, furniture, fixtures, decor could all be updated. Beds were very comfortable. Bedding was decent, and comfortable. Towels were worn out and dry. Gym was outstanding, pool was nice. Breakfast was great for free all inclusive buffet, staff was great, wasn't thrilled to look down off balcony and see dumpster, but at least I couldn't smell it. Could use someone to offer to help you with bags. My family and friends basically booked entire hotel and noone was offered help. Probably not staffed for it. Oh, and fridge vibrated all night bc not tight seal, definitely would pay for itself in utilities in a month if they replaced it. Also tiny bottles of shampoo and conditioner and soap ...stayed 2 nights with three people paid over 600 and not offered new sheets, extra towels, room cleaning, or anything....it should be offered with multiple nights at check-in. Also no cell charger, light bulb in a lamp dead, and AC blows on bed closest to window...so whoever sleeps there freeze, but others melt.

I would have said this hotel was excellent except I could not sleep last night. There was a wedding and my room was over the ballroom. The noise was unbearable and my bed was shaking. The neighboring room thought the noise was coming from me so they were pounding on the wall repeatedly which just added to my discomfort. Only wedding guests should be above the ballroom. The entire experience clouded my whole visit. A warning would have Been nice too. Out of nowhere the bed just started shaking. I was there to get some rest which clearly did not happen. Very disappointed

Staff was excellent. Gym one of the best around. Pool and hot tub clean. Rooms clean. Overall great stay. We didn’t have breakfast but a number of other guests were enjoying it and it looked fantastic.

For a 2 night stay the room was clean as expected, everything was in working condition. There were plenty of various breakfast items.

Breakfast menu was huge . Had to finish before 9 A M which was a little early in my opinion. Pool great .

Very quiet and pleasant stay. We had a room on the top floor with a view of the river. Breakfast was ok, typical hotel fare. Check in and out was easy.

While the staff were generally very polite, we were very disappointed in the cleaning staff. We spent three night there. We did not receive cleaning services for all three days. We asked for towels and toiletries to be brought to our room on Friday evening, when we returned from being out for the day. The front desk person was very responsive, but she brought us a stack of clean bath mats to use as towels. They had run out of towels. She assured us she would mark our card to make sure we were properly taken care of the next day. We went the second full day with no cleaning staff bringing us clean towels. Our bed was not made any of the days. It was very disappointing. We had to reuse our towels, which would have been fine, if we hadn't left them in a pile, while they were wet to be picked up by the cleaning staff. We've saying at the Oswego facility many times. This may be the last time, unless we are offered some type of compensation/concession for our inconvenience.
