La primera habitación que dieron estaba la puerta abierta, el segundo lo estaban arreglando y decía en el sistema que estaba disponible; el tercero tenia filtrado del aire y el cable de conexión del aire estaba cortado y pegado con cinta adhesiva y por último las alfombras del pasillo está mojada. Y con todo lo sucedido todavia no me han devuelto el depósito. Nunca la administración se comunico conmigo por todo lo comentado.

El piso de la habitación sucio....desayuno pan con mantequilla y café....aire acondicionado sucio..no tenía ni filtro y un mal olor a humedad terrible.....prueben y Éxito..

I want to start by saying that the staff was very friendly, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the condition of the property made our experience extremely disappointing. The place was very dirty and poorly maintained. The bathroom was old, neglected, and had mold. We had to change rooms several times because the conditions were not acceptable. Some of the rooms had a very strong marijuana smell, which made the stay even more unpleasant; the rooms felt extremely dirty and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, the property is currently under construction and being renovated, with some rooms still being worked on. This made the overall experience even more uncomfortable. I truly appreciate that the staff was always polite and did their best to help us, but unfortunately, their kindness could not make up for the condition of the property. I would not recommend staying here at this time. I hope that once the renovations and improvements are completed, the cleanliness and maintenance will be significantly better, because the staff themselves were very nice.

The breakfast was good and the lady who was there was nice and clean and did good work with every one at breakfast time. The hotel charged $100.55 that I didn’t about why? Also I am going to disputed because when I book through the Booking website they didn’t said that when I booked that I have to pay more money than I did ?. I need my money back. The pool was ? disgusting, in general the hotel and bedroom was filthy. The only place was clean was the front desk and the restaurant.

The location is great and within walking distance of many attractions. However, the hotel is poorly maintained, with outdated rooms and limited supplies (we couldn’t even get enough towels for our room). If you’re on a very tight budget, it’s an acceptable option because the price is low. But if you can spend even $10–$20 more per night, I would recommend staying elsewhere.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. We had to change rooms multiple times due to drainage issues and water leaking from the AC. The rooms had a strong musty, moldy smell, and the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly. Overall, the property appears poorly maintained and lacks cleanliness.

No air conditioning in the lobby Breakfast was basically make-your-own-waffle in a hot lobby Front desk charged my wife's card 3 times for a deposit and said the card was rejected. Took us an hour to settle clear thing up with the bank fire alarm woke the entire hotel up at 5 AM and two fire departments could not turn the alarm off. We had no choice but to listen to a blaring alarm for 2 hours. The pool looked nasty and I didn't see anyone swimming in it. Air conditioners leaking everywhere outside the hotel rooms But the location is great if you like overpriced, gimmicky museums restaurants and ferris wheels.

It was midnight almost and she was tired but no one solve the issue. Very bad experience !

I did not like it. I didn't even stay there for 5 minutes; they didn't give me a refund. It was horribly dirty it was not in a good condition for people to stay there sanitary wide and health-wise

A/c didn't work, big water leak in hall wall next to room, room was with a mold smell. I couldn't/didnt stay there after checking in. Now property doesn't want to give me refund.

The location. The breakfast was ok for complementary The hotel was extremely hot and it wasn’t very clean, but the location was great for the price.

Only the location There was no AC anywhere Not in the lobby, elevator, hallways leading up to the rooms it was pure torture. The initial room I checked into was just as hot as the hallway at least nia the front desk lady was kind enough to help me transfer to the next room. In which there was only one towel the reservation clearly showed three occupants the initial room only had one towel as well. The second room had no remote there was mold on the AC unit the ceiling was literally peeling besides the 50 deposit that was expected as it stated on booking. Com there was an additional 27 dollars on top. All this additional money for a place that does not upkeep their property is insane. Needless to say I will NEVER return to this property nor its sister properties.

That it had a bed. Everything else. Hallways were disgusting, no air conditioning, bugs were everywhere, elevator was hot and stuffy and slow.

This was the worst stay ever the check in agent tried to copy my card and attempted multiple transactions after I checked in then the room door was found open twice and my complaint went unattended the halls were Hot and trashy it was a very bad stay I checked out the next day it was supposed to be a 14 day stay and I had to cancel my card which totally rained on the rest of my trip

Check-In & Safety: Stifling lobby hotter than outdoors; 20-min wait at 3 PM. Zero security near ICON Park. Drug dealer smoked a weed with his door open & tried to sell to me near room 110 (young black male). Clear pool but bottom trashed with leaves. Airport style shop. Disgusting Room: Smelled like Fabuloso but filthy with roaches on shelving and horrible drywall patches on the wall. Nightstand has 2 old-school USB-A ports & one weak 10W Type-C. AC had 2 filters missing (struggled at 3:13 AM) and a stinking, milky white slime dehumidifier. Mini-fridge barely cools, no microwave, coffee maker leaks. Plumbing & Laundry: Dangerous water heater (scalding or freezing). Tub faucet leaks constantly; they painted over a rusted, peeling drain. Sink P-trap is so loose that dumping water floods the floor, requiring a pile of towels to catch it. Laundry is $3.50; washer failed, and dryer burnt my clothes & neck because the door won't stay open. TV & Fees: No real cable, slow TV mounted too flush to plug in an HDMI. Charged $60 resort fee but hid breakfast. A week since checkout and management ignored every email about my missing $50 deposit, which they deceptively combined with resort fees. Yet they spammed my inbox twice begging for reviews. Crooked business. It took over a week with no reply from them to get me deposit back.

Ac not working

Pubes, hair and blood under sheets, hair in fridge, old food left in fridge, flies in sink and tub. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE PERFECT IMMUNE SYSTEM.
