The location was good

Had some problems with check as our room was apparently under renovation and not ready. The rooms we were given 1 had bugs on the second the other rooms lock broke off. Whne we were finally in our room none of the lamps worked and we found a lizard and bugs as well. It was a lot of room moving and no communication to the staff as to what was up with the rooms. Kind of annoying to have to move rooms all the time when we were tired from the parks.

Now the room - it was a nice two queen bed suite. Large windows in the sitting area and bedroom. It looked down onto the pool area where my first site was of a mom naked sunbathing while her kids were in the pool. The bathroom is very small for two people. No towel racks in the shower to hang anything. Also, once you get in there is no handle on the inside of the shower door to close it. On the sink outside the bathroom - they give you a bar of hand soap but no soap tray. Just leave it on the sink - gross. Also, remember to ask for daily room service; if not you wait 4 days until you get clean sheets or clean towels. Whoever said this was an 8/10 hotel was sleeping when they reviewed this hotel.

The rooms smells soo bad we have to switch the first night and he was not better at all

Front desk was very helpful but housekeeping wasn't so good. Breakfast was the same everday.

Mold in the room, ants and we found a straw on the floor

El desayuno era bien pequeño, no tenia muchas opciones. La limpieza en general bastante bien pero en mi habitación se les olvidó pasar el vacuum después de haber instalado el tv y los shampoo del baño.

We stayed one night on an overnight before our cruise. Very clean and friendly, definately will stay again. Breakfest was also great

Staff are great. Breakfast is wonderful. And parking is accessible

Amenities and location are great. Improvements to property are also nice. Good breakfast and no parking fee.

Buen servicio, buen en uber llegas de 15-20 minutos a los parques. Cuentan con neverita y microondas. Cuenta con parking.

La habitación que me asignaron tenía el lavamanos tapado, poca iluminación en el área del cuarto y el área del lavamanos. En adicion, la puerta del baño no cerraba bien del todo.
